You will find we are a short walk from charming downtown Williamstown where you will find shops & dining. We are 45 minutes from Lexington, 35 minutes from Cincinnati and 90 minutes from Louisville.

Close to the Ark, super clean

Super clean, spacious, very close to the Ark Encounter. Property Manager responded promptly to texts. Mattresses were comfortable and neighborhood quiet.

Comfortable Clean and Cozy

My son and I stayed to attend the Ark men’s conference and it was only 6 minute drive away. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean…it was just the right spot for what we needed. The town and neighborhood aren’t fancy but definitely feel safe and welcoming. The property is minutes from Eduardo’s pizza place which was delicious. We even got dates wrong on our booking and the manager was right on top of accommodating an extra night on the fly for us, which we were very grateful for. She was an excellent communicator and very helpful.

Texas Ark Adventure

Quiet neighborhood, nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, nice bathroom, and kitchen with plenty of utensils and appliances. Additional sitting areas were nice also. Only slight drawback was currently there is no breakfast restaurants in Williamstown. Have to travel about 4 miles to Dry Ridge.

This property was excellent! Spotless. Minimalist but very cozy. Spacious bathroom and full kitchen. The mattress was firmer than we are used to but it was fine. Quiet neighborhood. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again and recommend to our friends and family.

Perfect!

We stayed here to be close to The Ark Encounter and the location could not have been more perfect! Our group consisted is two couples. We were comfortable in the house sleeping and hanging out both days after our museum visits. Having the extra sitting room was really nice! Check- in end out was super easy. Highly recommend!

Relaxing stay

The place was in a great location. The unit is huge! A relaxing living room for our family to sit in the evening, bedrooms with comfortable beds, and amazing kitchen to use. The pictures are super accurate. We enjoyed how super close the place was to the Ark Encounter and downtown area. The ease to check in was great! My kid enjoyed the card games available. Thank you so much!

New and close to Ark, good for family

As close as you can get, it seems, to the Ark Encounter. Even closer to an easy walk down quaint Williamstown Main Street. Enjoyed the large antique and decor shop. Great barbershop. Owners of the VRBO completely renovated an older building and divided it into apartments of which we rented two. Great white fluffy large amount of towels. Nice large newer 24hour laundromat very close. Our stay was in a quiet area. Enjoyed our almost two week stay!

Lipstick on a pig

Property is a renovated very old apartment building. Humidifier runs constantly and needed changed out multiple times a day. Smells like an old wet basement in the back bedroom. Neighborhood is not the best. Property sits next to a very run down home. The lock on the front door (way to get in) didn’t operate well and didn’t secure the room (didn’t lock completely). There are units above this unit as well which is not mentioned. Guests upstairs were an older couple but it sounded like they were having a dance party just by walking around. There was no insulation between floors. This property serves its purpose for our stay to visit the ark but luckily we didn’t have to spend much time at the property itself.

Thank you for an amazing stay! We loved being right down and how we could walk to the William Arnold cabin and to get breakfast and dinner. The condo was extremely spacious and had all the amenities one could need. We really liked how there were extra blankets as well. Thank you for a great clean stay!

Rainy Spring

Making memories is fun despite the rain. It does not need to spoil the mood. We had a great time together at the museum and the Ark. We also enjoyed discovering new and familiar places to eat. We were always full. Thanks to Holland properties for hosting us.
