Granny’s House 2 bedroom, 5 miles to ark! Bonus walkthrough space with twin bed.
This house is 5 miles from the Ark and is 40 miles from the Creation Museum. We are only 32 miles from the Greater Cincinnati Airport. We are located right between Cincinnati Ohio and Lexington Kentucky, 2 miles of Interstate 75. There is a large lake located just 6 miles from the house.
Large old house that sits on an acre lot. The farm with House was purchased in 1943 by Cline and Pearl King. At that time they were told the house was 100 years old and with that being said it would have been built pre Civil War era. They named the road Kings Heights an in the 90s the city changed it to Kings Drive. Over the years the farm land has been divided out. Part for other homes and what farm is left is owned by a private owner not a family member. The house over the years has had renovation inside and out but a lot of the old remains. Now we are the Great Grandchildren and are giving others a chance to enjoy the old home and occasional beautiful sunrises and or sunsets.

Loved staying at Granny’s House. Clean, spacious and convenient to the Ark and Walmart. Lots of shops close by. Enjoyed visiting with Mr. Lawrence. Highly recommend this place.
Great location for our family vacation. Easy to visit The Ark, The Creation Museum, Newport Aquarium and a Cincinnati Reds game. Close to Walmart and fast food places for convenience but also equipped kitchen for meals at home. The location is in a nice quiet area. Great place to unplug and unwind.

Yes we loved it nice clean place and very friendly
We flew in from Denver and met other family from Texas. The house was conveniently located close to the Ark and Creation Museum. The accommodations were clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. The hosts were quick to respond to messages with questions.
What a lovely house. The hosts were so pleasant and everything was clean and immaculate. We would certainly stay there again. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. What a treat.
We really loved the nostalgia of the older home and the manager was super nice. However, there are a few things with the house you may consider changing or correcting for future guest. 1. Beds are the biggest problem. They are pretty bad, especially the single bed. Very uncomfortable. Also, all the beds squeak loud with any slight movement. 2. Floors need to be moped and cleaned. Had to walk around in shoes. Pretty dirty. 4. Only had a few wash towels for showering and one kitchen drying cloth. Could use a few spares. 6. Was confusion on where to leave bedding at checkout. Refrigerator note said to put linens in tubs. Stripped beds but left bedding on the bed as to account for all. 6. Kitchen was very retro but workable. However, may want to address stove top eyes and a few more dishes for prep of food when cooking. 7. Flooring issues going into one bedroom and in front bathroom. Floor areas are very soft. Overall the accommodations were good, but addressing the above issues may need help future guest.
The property was just as described, and it was comfortable, quiet and clean. There were a couple of places, such as under the furniture, where the floors had not been swept in awhile, but otherwise the kitchen, bathrooms etc. were very clean. Definitely a good value and I very nice neighborhood
It was a touch of heaven if you love the country flow. Close to the interstate and restaurants. This rental was spotless and had comfy beds. I highly recommend it! We will be staying here in the future!
