1 living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, kitchenette with, washing machine, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, electric hob, refrigerator, large oven, microwave, and everything you need to prepare and eat your meals.
2 closed bedrooms upstairs with 2 140 cm beds.
1 bathroom, sink, shower, toilet.
1 mezzanine with 2 90cm bunk beds.
1 Fenced and tiled garden with the possibility of eating outside, equipped with garden furniture and a built-in barbecue.
