'Brew Mountain Beach offers the best location on 30A. A fresh renovation, steps from the beach, but away from the crowds. This townhome offers 2300 square ft of space, 4 BR/3.5 Bath, and beautiful beach views from the balcony. Big Daddy's Bike Shop is just across the street for easy rentals. A 5 minute walk takes you to your favorites - Blue Mtn Creamery, Blue Mtn Bakery, Blue Mabel, the Irish Pub, and more! Available for weekly rentals, all other inquiries welcome.

Location, location, location! Space, space, space! You'll love this quiet family-friendly complex. All the space you need with the privacy of your own home. Close to everything you love on 30A, but removed from the congestion of the crowds. We're located just a short drive from the shops and restaurants at Gulf Place in one direction and Seaside in the other direction. Grocery shopping is also just a 5 minute drive away.

It can't be beat for biking, walking, and beach-going. Whether you like to take it easy or get out and go, the choice is yours here. 'Brew Mtn Beach is our private vacation home and once you stay here, you'll understand why we consider it the best kept secret on 30A.

Please note that our complex does not have a pool, just great access to the beach!

The perfect beach condo for our family!

Sea Cliffs 11 was perfect for our family! The downstairs king with bunk bed room worked great for family that wanted to sleep in late. Super convenient location to bakery & restaurants. Loved the 3 patio/balcony & plenty of parking! Easy & convenient beach access. Thank you- we will be back!

Great Place to Spend a Month

This place was awesome for our month long getaway South. It’s just as shown in the pictures. It’s about 150 steps to the beach. Kim was very responsive and handled the minor issues we had just about immediately. We’d definitely stay here again!!!

Fantastic Beach Access

We were pleased with our stay. Beach access is stellar without crowding. The house itself is older and could use a little work. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t bad by any stretch of the imagination but the beds were not super comfortable and the living room furniture has some IKEA pieces. No deal breakers but some room for improvement, thus the overall 4 star. But would stay here again based on beach access and location.

Perfect Getaway

My family and I spent our fall break in this townhome. Kim was very responsive and followed up throughout the week to make sure everything was up to par. The interior is nicely designed and up to date and to top it off you’re just a few steps to the beach. Will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect beach week!

This townhouse was fantastic for our week at the beach! It was extremely clean, very spacious, and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Our son enjoyed the surprise of finding giant stuffed animals to play with downstairs! The location to the beach can’t be beat and views are incredible from the top floor deck. The owner,Kim, is so attentive and quick to respond!

Why they chose this property

The beach has been our family's favorite vacation. We discovered 30A years ago and are thrilled to have our own home in Blue Mountain where we can enjoy the beauty of the Gulf at a slow pace. You truly can park your car for the week if you like taking it easy, but there's plenty of shopping and restaurants for those who want to get up and go.

What makes this property unique

Our back door is 50 yards from the private beach access. Our complex only has 17 units, so there's never a crowd blocking your view. If you love the surf and the sand, this is the place for you. Our home also offers lots of space! It's perfect for our large family and friends. We've always loved traveling with everyone and we can certainly do that here.

My favorite spot on 30A is Blue Mountain Bakery. It's 50 yards from our front door. (You could say we're on the 50 yard line between beach and bakery.) Cinnamon rolls, cookies, chicken salad, and burrito bowls! It's all good. And just beyond the bakery is Blue Mabel. Try the corn dip - trust me!
