The adjacent dining room has a large table and chairs, providing an ideal setting for meals for families or groups of friends.There's also a friendly common area where you can relax and have fun. You'll find an arcade game for competitions with friends and family. The space is furnished with a comfortable sofa, coffee table and two armchairs, creating a perfect lounge area for relaxing. A table with four chairs is also available for board games. For those who need to work during their stay, an old desk with a chair is available for your use. The little ones will also have their corner with an awakening mat to play safely. Kitchen:The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease. It includes a full assortment of appliances such as two fridges (including one American with freezer), a dishwasher, a microwave, and 2 coffee makers (Delonghi and Nespresso) to meet all your culinary needs. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are also provided, as well as household products for your convenience.Bathrooms:Our house has three full bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, a single vanity and toilet.Toilet:A toilet is available at each level of the house for added practicality.Terrace and garden:Enjoy the outdoors on the terrace and in the garden.
