Welcome to Destin Dream, a wonderfully renovated seventh-floor condo at the Summit of Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort boasting gorgeous Gulf and coastline views! Families and groups of beach fans will love staying at this condo decorated in a modern beach style. Enjoy the sights of the vibrant blue water contrasted with views of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park from the comfort of your private balcony and primary bedroom suite. After spending your days relaxing on the beach, golfing at one of the many nearby golf courses, or shopping with family and friends, there will be no better way to end the day than cooking up delicious foods in the full kitchen featuring granite countertops, a French door refrigerator, and a brick-style backsplash. Enjoy meals at the extra-large dining table, or bring it down to the shared gas grill for extra grill marks. Central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer are also among this condo's helpful amenities. The main bedroom's desk workspace (just behind the built-in barn door) is perfect if guests need to finish up some remote work before relaxing. Guests can enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, and fitness center during their stay.

The perfect getaway

This was our first vacation as a family and I was very satisfied with our stay. There are a few bits of information that could have been included in our stay that would have saved us some money. Also I never heard from the actual owner just the resort. But we had a great time and the home was absolutely beautiful with great views. I wish we were still there. The office was very quick to get ahold of us and let us know that we had left some of our children’s clothes behind and was very quick to get it taken care of and send it back.

Amazing stay

This was our second stay at Tops’l and we love it. The summit was amazing. The view was spectacular. I’m missing it already and the condo was perfect. Very short walk to the beach and the resort gym was perfect.

Family Beach Trip ~ 2022

Summit 713 had an amazing view with a nice open floor plan, very spacious for 6 people. The transit to and from the beach is a very nice perk! Things that the homeowner may consider would be investing in better beds, the beds were very uncomfortable, so uncomfortable that two people in our family chose to sleep on the couch for our entire stay. Full length mirrors and end tables would definitely help in the master bedroom. a vacuum cleaner would greatly assist in helping to keep the condo clean. But I have to say the view was amazing.
