In the heart of the Queyras, at an altitude of 2000 m, nestled in the small hamlet of Coin de Molines (the sunniest hamlet of the Queyras), a modern, comfortable and fully equipped apartment, on the 1st floor of a quiet residence. Large kitchen-dining room with a lounge area (sofa and armchair), south-facing window. 3 bedrooms, all with opening roof window.
A first large master bedroom with 1 balcony, 1 office, 1 bed of 140, 1 sofa bed in 140
Two bedrooms in the loft with 1 bed in 140, and the other in 160
Two bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 of which is separate.
1 dishwasher and 1 washing machine, 1 raclette machine and 1 fondue set, 1 traditional oven and 1 microwave oven.
Easy and free parking, ski locker, possibility of shuttle to reach the resort during the ski season.

Located 5 minutes by car from the resort and, 2 min. from a ski lift (open in high season) and at the foot of hiking trails and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails.

Please note that household linen is not provided and that end-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the traveller (we will nevertheless offer you solutions according to availability and the schedule of our partners on site).
