Beautiful family home full of charm. Completely renovated. At the foot of a castle, in Vaillac, a peaceful village 5km from Labastide Murat, centre of the Lot, where you will find shops (health centre, restaurant, supermarket, bakery). Garden with swimming pool.

2 semi-detached houses that can be communicated according to your needs. All equipped. Calm assured and great comfort.

The Maison Germaine is composed of two houses. They can be rented separately or together according to your needs. Each has an independent garden. With a large courtyard terrace. La Maison Germaine has two bedrooms and a bathroom or, with the extension, two additional bedrooms and independent bathroom as well as an additional double bed in a dedicated room.

Possibility to provide towels and sheets in addition.

5 minutes from the A20 motorway exit, close to the major tourist sites Rocamadour, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Sarlat, Cahors.
