You will be staying in the townhome located on a small street with only a brief walk to the beach. Beachside. There are no highway or any other roads to cross to get to the beach. Our property offers a private backyard and ample space, making it perfect for families . You will get it all: we are a perfect combo of modern well maintained specious home in a hard-to-find location on the beach side of Hwy 98 for an amazing price. We are a true value for your money.

• All guests including infants and children must be included in your party size when making a reservation.

Mothers Day Trip

We had a great stay. The beach home was beautiful! I love the beach Decorations. Home was very clean and newly renovated. Everything was nice. Beach walk extremely close and the neighbors were all very friendly/informative. I like that the beach wasn’t crowded or busy. The owner had great communication too. We will have to return sooner than later.

Great Place

The house is very beachy. Clean and well equipped. The owner communicates well. A couple of good restaurants in Mexico Beach. Port St. Joe has a few more.

Lovely getaway

Townhouse is clean, nicely decorated, and located about a 3 minute walk to the beach entrance. So nice that the kitchen includes basic pots, pans, knives and spices. Clear communication from owner. Mexico Beach is being rebuilt so there is quite a bit of construction. Very few restaurants but some good food trucks. Very quiet scene with beautiful, uncrowded beaches.

Very impressed

This was a wonderful vacation rental for my family and I. Easy check in process, great communication with host, comfortable beds and kitchen amenities were excellent! We hope to be back in the near future!
