4 bedroom house (off-season) or 5 bedroom house (from May to September) that can accommodate 7 to 9 people, ideally located 300m from the beach and less than a kilometre from the shops of the town centre of Pornichet.

The house is on 3 levels: a garden level accessible from the outside but not communicating with the other levels by the interior of the house (rented only in the summer) with a bedroom and a bathroom, a ground floor with the living rooms, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, and an upstairs with a bedroom and a bathroom.

Description:
* Ground floor:
- bright living room
- fully equipped open kitchen: fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine...
- 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 140cm bed, a bedroom with 2 80cm beds, a bedroom with 2 80cm trundle beds that can be twinned into a 160cm bed.
- a bathroom with shower and separate toilet

* Floor:
- master suite on the mezzanine with 160cm bed
- bathroom with shower and toilet

* Garden level: access via the garage (no communication from the inside with the other floors of the house):
- a bedroom with 2 twin beds (rented only from May to September)
- bathroom with bath, toilet
- laundry room with washing machine and dryer

* Outside:
- garden furniture with BBQ
- Parking for one vehicle in the garden path

A ping-pong table is available.
Ideal for holidays family.
