The house is on 3 levels: a garden level accessible from the outside but not communicating with the other levels by the interior of the house (rented only in the summer) with a bedroom and a bathroom, a ground floor with the living rooms, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, and an upstairs with a bedroom and a bathroom.

* Garden level: access via the garage (no communication from the inside with the other floors of the house):
- a bedroom with 2 twin beds (rented only from May to September)

- laundry room with washing machine and dryer

- garden furniture with BBQ
- Parking for one vehicle in the garden path
