Wohnung war schon etwas abgerockt, insbesondere Badezimmerfugen und Duschtüre mit Schimmelspuren, Couch fleckig, die Aussicht auf die Ostsee dafür aber super und Lage sehr zentral.

Durch die Zentrale Lage, Einkauf/Bäcker/Restaurant fusßläufig erreichbar. Traumblick vom Balkon über die ganze Bucht. Fewo ausreichend ausgestattet, könnte die eine oder andere Kaffeetasse, Besteck mehr sein, um die Spüli nicht jeden Tag laufen zu lassen.

Lieblos, Dreckig, Abgewohnt - vermieten bis es quietscht, wäre ein ganz guter Firmenleitsatz

Unser Aufenthalt in Niendorf hat uns sehr gut gefallen - leider kann man das von der Ferienwohnung nicht sagen. Wir sind voller Vorfreude in unser temporäres Domizil aufgebrochen und waren im ersten Moment wirklich begeistert. Nach dem steilen Aufstieg von 4 Geschossen ohne Fahrstuhl - was sich später noch als wahre Tortur mit Gepäck herausstellen sollte - blickten wir direkt aus dem Wohnzimmer auf´s Meer. Alle Mühen schienen erstmal wie weggeblasen. Leider verflog die anfängliche Begeisterung recht schnell. Die Wohnung war sehr abgewohnt und wirklich richtig dreckig. Nur ein kleiner Auszug: Fenster ungeputzt, Balkonüberdachung porös (Farbe blätterte permanent ab und verteilte sich auf dem Tisch und so man den Balkon nutzte auch im Kaffee etc. - Gesundheitsgefährdung!), Regenwasserentwässerung am Dach heillos verstopft, Fussboden im Wohnzimmer verklebt und es gab eine Kerbe/Riss im Belag, in der etwas scharfkantiges aus dem Boden nach oben ragte - mit einem krabbelnden Kleinkind untragbar, tote Insekten in der Wohnzimmerlampe, zusätzlich so verstaubt, als hätte man sie 3 Jahre nicht geputzt, Spinnen in fast allen Zimmerecken in der gesamten Wohnung, Staubflusen an der Raufasertapete in allen Räumen, Überall in der Wohnung abgeplatzte oder kleine abgerissene Stellen an der Tapete, Besteck teilweise mit Essensresten oder Rost, Flurlampe komplett eingestaubt, Haare am Esstisch, Fernseher verschmiert, Fliesen im Bad sehr abgenutzt, teilweise gesprungen oder abgeplatzt, Haare in Dusche und an der Wand, ein Herz war auf den Spiegel im Bad gemalt, was man bei genug Wasserdampf im Raum sehen konnte - ergo nicht geputzt, der Toilettensitz ist schief angebaut, die Klospülung läuft permanent nach, es gibt in der Dusche in den Fugen und an den Duschtrennwand viele dunkle Verfärbungen, die Beleuchtung des Badspiegels funktioniert nur halbseitig, in den gefliesten Ecken im Bad gibt es viele üble Verschmutzungen, der Abzug im Bad ist verdreckt, der Fussboden im Schlafzimmer klebte und der Boden war nicht fachgerecht verlegt - er bewegte sich und lag an manchen Stellen hohl, eine der Matratzen war soweit durchgelegen, dass sie längst hätte ausgetauscht werden müssen. Zusammenfassend würden wir sehr gerne wieder nach Niendorf fahren, der Ort hat uns sehr begeistert. Von dieser Ferienwohnung und wahrscheinlich auch von „Baltic Apartments“ würden wir aber in Zukunft Abstand nehmen und auch jedem abraten dort eine Ferienwohnung zu buchen.

Meerblick !

Das Objekt kommt im Internet deutlich besser an bezüglich der Sauberkeit ( Bad), Modernität. Das Bad ist sehr abgenutzt, starke Kalkablagerungen in der Dusche / Waschbecken. Die Wohnung war beim Eintreffen sehr kühl, die Heizung im Bad funktionierte nicht ausreichend. Im Wohnraum lag Sand auf dem Boden. Das Positive der Wohnung war die Lage, direkt an der Ostsee. meiner Meinung nach war die Wohnung zu teuer!

Hübsche, gepflegte Wohnung mit neuer Einrichtung, etwas kleinem Bad und Traumblick über die Bucht vom schönen Balkon. Technik funktioniert einwandfrei, WLan nicht vorhanden. Übergabe schnell und freundlich. Vier Stockwerke sind ohne Fahrstuhl zu überwinden, der Fahrradraum ist wegen gestapelter alter Möbel und "Fahrradleichen" nicht nutzbar, Mülltrennung ist nicht erkennbar. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.
