Great condo that was beautiful- perfect location to beach, restaurants, marina, Blue Angels. We loved our stay and especially the heated indoor pool for the one day it rained. Easy access to beach!!! Highly recommend!!!

Recommend you get a maintenance guy to fix details like a few broken bed room drawer pulls and tighten up bath towel fixtures. Kitchen cabinet laminate is also going to need attention soon. This unit was better than most overall and I would choose it again. Very happy with my stay.

I loved the Property. We had 3 families and 3 cars with 2 Parking passes. I did not like that!

First time at this location. Beautiful view and close to Publix and restaurants. Condo was very clean and the kitchen was stocked very well for cooking. My husband and I slept in the master bedroom. The mattress needs to be updated but even though the condo was a bit dated it was nice. Easy access to the pool and beach.

The property is well maintained. Ease of parking, elevators, beach access!! The only negative was the 4:00pm check in time. You basically lose an entire day. Otherwise, we had zero complaints!!

Our experience was very positive. Beautiful location , overall Condo was good.

Overall, property was very good and would book again. The condo could use some updates. Several areas were worn and dated. Cleanliness was good. Location was beautiful. The Beach rental service staff for chairs / umbrellas were not pleasant. I felt we they tried to take advantage of us. The Condo main office was not particularly helpful when I made an inquiry.

We love Beach Colony west tower.

If you're looking for a quiet vacation but to still be close to stores and restaurants, then Perdido Key is so much quieter than the busier beaches in either direction. There's a Publix, McDonalds, several pizza places, all within a 1-5 min drive. There is even a food truck right outside the parking lot! You can drive 15 min to Orange Beach and then up the road more to Foley and the outlet mall, OWA, and The Wharf, The sand was much drier at PK and NOT crowded, Very restful. Except right now there is resurfacing of the buildings so lots of noise in the daytime, competed with the sound of the waves. But Beach Colony units are so nice it didn't matter. This is our 2nd Beach Colony stay, this unit is great. Lots of options for seating on the balcony which is the main thing I look for when booking a condo.
