**The Sea Crest home owner’s association will be upgrading the Water Garden area beginning January 2024 into mid-March (weather permitting). During this time, guests will not have access to this area, including the hot tub.**

1204 Sea Crest is a 2nd floor villa on Hilton Head Island. It is a bright and colorful, newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom accommodation. When entering the villa to the left off the tiled foyer is the master bedroom. It features a king bed, a walk-in closet, 44" TV and private balcony with a table and chairs. There are great views of the lush water gardens and the ocean. This bedroom has a private bath featuring double sinks and updated large walk-in glass shower.

Off the foyer to the right is the kitchen, dining and living area which has a 58" SMART TV and dark hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new cabinets and beautiful granite counters that were just installed and a breakfast bar that seats two. The guest bedroom is located off the main area and has two double beds, 32" TV, walk-in closet, and a private bath featuring double sinks, and separate shower. The bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom but has a second door leading to the hallway. There is also a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guest use.

Sea Crest is the premier oceanfront resort on Hilton Head! Located in the Forest Beach area, Sea Crest provides guests easy access to all of the island's activities. This highly desirable area of Hilton Head offers the discriminating vacationer the ultimate in luxurious oceanfront living. Outside there are two oceanfront pools, a children's pool & an extra-large hot tub. Amenities indoors include a fitness center, therapy pool, and hot tub .
