Please note the primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25 year olds or those from the local vicinity), however family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are welcome!
Bedrooms Luxuriously Appointed as follows:
1. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and an adjacent bathroom with large walk in shower
2. The master suite on the 2nd floor has a king bed and its own en-suite bathroom with dual vanity sinks. And a large walk in shower.
3. The third bedroom is family paradise with a luxury twin bed over full size bed bunk, with an additional trundle bed. The room is sleepover heaven for 4!
4. Bedroom 4 Is a queen sized bed vacation-haven!

Bedroom 3 and 4 share a bathroom with dual vanity sinks meaning plenty of room for all the family.

The main living area and the upstairs master bedroom have a cable TV while the 3 other bedrooms have smart TVs with streaming services.

Open plan living features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances.
The open floor concept allows everyone to be together while cooking, watching TV or dipping in and out of the private pool!
This home has its own private splash pool and covered outdoor sitting space with loungers chairs. Fully equipped laundry and high speed free wi-fi are also available.
Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.

Optional pool heat is available for $35/day + tax 5 days is the minimum payment is $125 and includes up to 5 days. We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the Winter and Spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.

A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use please ask for more information about grill options.

The Hideaway - Clubhouse:

There are no fees for clubhouse use (which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!).

Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.

- Are the pools heated year round?

Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round!

- What are the pool hours?

The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.

- What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides?

Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.

- Are there activities at the Resort?

Yes and the activities change monthly!

Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?

- Mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.

- What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?

They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.



- What time does the Clubhouse open/close?

9 am – 9 pm daily.

- What time does the Fitness Center open/close?

5 am – 12 am daily.

The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM.

ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. Child names (not ages) are also required for entrance into the community. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which-ever is the sooner’).

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.5% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
