The house was very comfortable and worked well for our group. The beds were comfortable and we had a wonderful time. The host was easy to work with, and responded to communications quickly. I would certainly use the house again if I return.

The house was beautiful, pool was well-maintained and temp was perfect. The outdoor space would be great for a large family or group. The host was really communicative. Beds were super comfortable. We were bringing our daughter down to start college and it was a great time for our family playing pool, hanging out, going for walks, playing basketball in the pool...it was all great.

This was a perfect location for us and we enjoyed the home. Lots of space, clean and everything we needed in the kitchen. The salt water pool was refreshing. The Arizona heat has affected the outdoor cushions, but not in the host control. Checkin was super easy and I would recommend to others.

Great house for a family

Had a great trip and I would rent again. I would have loved a shade option in the pool that would have been **chefs kiss** I would suggest if you are staying for more than 2 days bring your own TP, we were there for 4-5 days and left with 2 rolls. Owner replies quickly and property was great.

Great house… Great neighborhood

He stayed in this house two weekends in a row. The swimming pool was awesome! The house was great and plenty of room for everybody. The property manager was on top of everything and very easy to communicate with and get a hold of.

Great Vacation

We had an excellent time at this property. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and it had everything that we needed. Francisco was very quick to respond when we couldn't find the Wi-Fi password. We had no issues and very much enjoyed our stay!

Phoenix Visit to see Luke Combs

This house was perfect for our 2-night stay. The four bedrooms afforded everyone having their own room. House was clean and beds were very comfortable. Outside patio furniture and pool could use updating. Kitchen was stocked with essential spices, etc.

Glendale Getaway

House was very clean and had everything we needed. Especially loved that there were tvs in every room. Pool was nice but too cold to use yet. Minor problems but owners responded quickly and fixed what issues they could. Would love to stay again.

Lots of room!

It is very clean and has room for a larger family. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. There is a fabulous deep dish pizza place called Vito’s within a half mile. Beds were comfortable! There is a high school field with bleachers behind the home but you hardly noticed it. The back yard was very relaxing.

House is super clean. Beds are comfortable. Ac works well. Backyard and pool are nice. TVs in every bedroom with Netflix!The home would be more enjoyable as a rental if all bedrooms had a night table lamp. We also appreciate nicer pans or scratched teflon replacements. Additional bath towels and wash clothes galore would be nice.The pool is salt water which is a luxury. It warmth is dependent on weather and solar heat. It’s stained at the bottom but the water is not dirty.The patio furniture is duty and a bit worn but it works.Neighborhood is nice, despite some areas of Glendale being rough.Dishwasher bottom rack missing wheels.While the owner was prompt and friendly to communicate. I would highly recommend taking pictures and immediately documenting and communicating. Any damage to the home.
