You can expect a small cozy comfortable 1-room apartment on two levels in a small semi-detached house with separate entrance.
Your car can be parked directly on the property of the apartment. In the basement there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob with extractor, separate oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, incl. A small endowment pepper, salt, vinegar + oil, coffee and tea for the day of arrival and two dining tables with a beautiful view in the apple orchard, which may like to be used by you.
The renovated bathroom with bath and shower is also located in the basement.
The living and sleeping area with approximately 28 m² on the top floor has a bed 180 x 200 cm, a wardrobe, a small chest of drawers and two chairs, table, television and consumer electronics.

Various shops (self-service and drugstore) are located in the immediate vicinity.

Our stay here was very pleasant. The bedroom is very cozy and the kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped. There is a Lidl and Aldi directly in front of the house as well as a bus stop with routes directly to Lübeck Hbf and Lübecker Aldstadt. Fresh apples from the back yard are a real treat! The host was very kind and patient with us during check-in despite us not being able to speak German well.

Ein freundlicher, empathischer Gastgeber und eine sehr gepflegte Wohnung. Viele gut durchdachte Details, wie z.B. die kleinen Bewegungsmelder überall, die nachts den Gang ins Bad erleichterten, usw. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Lübeck kommen, würden wir dieses Domizil wieder auswählen. Die Lage war zwar nicht sehr ruhig, aber auf der anderen Seite war es optimal, Aldi, Lidl und Rossmann gleich gegenüber zu haben. Und auch die Bushaltestelle.Wir haben die Zeit in Lübeck genossen.

Sauber und gut ausgestattet

Die Ferienwohnung entpuppte sich als Ferienhaus, das sich über zwei Etagen erstreckt. Eine steile Treppe verbindet die sich im Erdgeschoss befindlichen Räume und das im ersten Stock gelegene Wohn- und Schlafzimmer.Das Foto des Gartens zeigt nicht das aktuelle Aussehen desselben dar. Auch das Foto der Hausvorderseite zeigt nicht , wie das Haus in der Realität aussieht.Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut.Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist sehr gut .

Lübeck erleben

Die Lage ist Super, kann kostenlos Parken. Es gibt sogar eine Bushaltestelle wo man schnell in die City kommt, alle 10 bis 15 Min fährt ein Bus. Aldi & Lidl vor der Haustür.

Super schoene, kleine Ferienwohnung, perfekt fuer 2 Personen. Sie enthaelt alles, was man fuer einen Aufenthalt benoetigt, ist sauber und gemuetlich Es war herrlich bei dem sehr warmen Wetter auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den Blick in den Garten zu geniessen. Eigentlich ist es ja ein Ferienhaus, Doppelhaushälfte. Lage ist super, Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Wunderbarer Garten und im Haus ist alles für die Gäste vorbereiten, bis ins kleinste Detail.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung für zwei

Die Wohnung geht über zwei Etagen, unten Küche u. Bad, oben Fernsehecke und Schlafzimmer (Dach). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und alles ist sauber, neu und für eine Fewo gut ausgestattet. Hinten raus gibt es einen Apfelgarten mit Gartenmöbel und Grill. Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Gegenüber dem Haus ist Aldi, Lidl, Rossmann und ein paar Schritte weiter ein Penny. Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus. Für, aktuell 3,20 € kommt man bis Travemünde. Die Treppe ins OG ist etwas steil, aber gut beleuchtet. Wer weiträumigen Luxus will ist hier falsch. Wer aber eine kleine Wohnung mit Flair (und guter Ausstattung) will, ist genau richtig. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist ebenso sehr gut. Eine Empfehlung von uns.

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Diese Wohnung ist einfach großartig, sehr schön eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Der anschließende "Apfelgarten" ist wunderschön, man sitzt einfach draußen im Grünen, die Vögel zwitschern- toll. Mit dem Rad braucht man nur 10-15 min bis in die Innenstadt, Anbindung super. Einkaufen direkt gegenüber. Herr Wecker ist ein ganz freundlicher Vermieter, zeigt alles, ist überaus zugänglich und offen. Alles in allem kommen wir sicher wieder einmal hierher, wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Lübeck.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Es ist eigentlich ein kleines Doppelhaus über 2 Stockwerke. Alles ist perfekt und liebevoll ausgestattet, und der Apfelgarten ist ein Traum. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach 20 Minuten Fußmarsch standen wir am Holstentor und konnten auch das Hanse-Kultur-Festival genießen. Eine Stadtführung durch die Höfe und Gassen ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert.

Die perfekte FeWo.

Wir wurden am Anreisetag super nett empfangen und der Gastgeber führte uns durch die Zimmer und gab uns schon mal Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Lübeck. Die FeWo hatte im EG eine Küche und ein großzügiges Bad. Die Küche war der Hammer, es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte ( genügend Töpfe, Besteck, Teller, Kaffeemaschine, Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, kl. Gefrierschrank, Toaster, Tabs für Spülmaschine, Kaffee, Tee usw. usw.). Im Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche, WC war auch alles perfekt und sehr sauber. Im 1 Stock war der Schlaf- Wohnzimmer Bereich auch hier war alles perfekt (Fernseher, DVD Player, Stereoanlage, DVDs. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und hatten eine Bushaltestelle und zwei Discounter direkt vor dem Haus. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Bus ist prima und fuhr im 10 Min. Takt. Der lange Garten hinter dem Haus mit seinen vielen Bäumen war super gepflegt und wir konnten sogar draußen sitzen. Hiermit möchten wir uns bei unserem Gastgeber nochmals bedanken für die perfekte FeWo.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Vom USB-Ladeadapter über eine Gewürzauswahl, Abschminkpads im Bad, bis hin zur Kleiderschrankleuchte wurde an alles gedacht. Die Möbel und Küchenutensilien wirken neu und alles andere als zusammengeürfelt. Das Badezimmer ist schön groß. Der Wohn-/Schlafraum befindet sich im Spitzboden und ist ebenfalls schön groß. Könnte im Hochsommer allerdings etwas warm werden. Der schöne Obstgarten lädt ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Zu guter Letzt ist der Vermieter auch sehr freundlich.

Perfektes Zuhause für den Lübeckbesuch

Eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung, in der tatsächlich alles vorhanden ist, sogar Geschirrspühltabs, Backpapier und Taschentücherbox. Und wenn das Wetter schön und warm ist, kann man sich bestens im gepflegten Apfelgarten erholen. Mir hat es sehr gefallen. Gerne wieder.
