"Meeresrauschen 14" in the heart of Großenbrode.

You can expect a 87qm large apartment for up to 5 persons with two separate bedrooms in the. 3 Floor and 2 roof terraces in south-west location overlooking the Baltic Sea. The apartment can be reached by elevator. The fine sandy beach is within walking distance. There our guests in the season from May to September a beach chair for free use.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, you pay with us in the office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.

The spacious living-dining room with integrated kitchen has a cozy couch and a cozy dining area, equipped with a flat screen TV, Blueray player, stereo system and a Nintendo Wii. The large roof terrace you enter from here. How about a break in the existing beach chair?

You have the opportunity to enjoy using the wide selection of DVDs, games and books and to spend an entertaining afternoon or curl up in front of the crackling stove with soothing music in our cozy recliner chairs. Wi-Fi is also available and is available to our guests free of charge.

In the open kitchen you will find the most modern devices before, like an electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo pad machine, kettle, toaster, complete crockery etc. and makes self-catering possible. The existing electric grill can be used like one of the two roof terraces.

The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed or twin beds (the slats are adjustable in each case at the top and at the bottom end) and each set a flat screen TV. A children's travel cot with separate mattress and cot cover in size 1m x 1.35m and pillows is available. The wide roof terrace you enter out of two bedrooms and can also be there to enjoy the sun. The bedrooms are with
Verdunklungsplissees or Black-out curtains fitted, thus making the Sleeping possible.

For the youngest, we have provided toys, games and children's books available. A high chair and children's dishes are also available. The outlets at the bottom are secured and make the free Bug possible.

In the bathroom, the Jacuzzi and the sauna invite you to round a pampering. Ignite nevertheless existing candles and enjoy the peace ....

A washer and dryer are available.

At the apartment a parking space belongs to the house.

It is a Non smoking apartment!

The holiday home was newly built in 2015.

Erholung bei tollem Wetter

Sehr schön geschnittene und eingerichtete Wohnung. Lediglich die Silikonfugen in der Dusche sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Auch die Keramik der Toilette ist im Bereich des Abflusses nicht sehr einladend. Sonst ist die Wohnung top und empfehlenswert.

Tolle Wohnung, wir kannten diese schon von einem früheren Urlaub.

Hatten super Glück mit dem Wetter, alles hat super gepaßt......bis auf einige Kleinigkeiten bei der Sauberkeit. So z.B. schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche, viele Krümmel (und Haare) in der Besteckschublade.Wohnung ist aber gut zu Empfehlen.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung ist strandnah gelegen und sie bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten. Daher empfehle ich sie weiter. Einzig: Die Sauna bietet nur Platz für höchstens drei Personen (für uns ausr.) und für den Whirlpool sollten Chlortabletten (o.ä.) vorgehalten werden. Die Anmietung und Abwicklung verlief reibungslos.

Jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau

Die FeWo ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und verfügt (Februar 2022) über viele Dinge, die ich oft in Ferienwohnungen vermisst habe. Insbesondere die Ausstattung der Küche ließ wenig zu wünschen übrig. Vom Schneebesen bis zum Messbecher, vom Küchenrollenhalter bis zum Sparschäler war alles vorhanden. Soll heißen, dass man ankommt und sofort mit ferienwohnen anfangen kann. Die Technik (TV etc.) war anstandslos kompatibel und sorgte für mediales Vergnügen bei stürmischer Wetterlage. Einzig mit der HIFI-Anlage und der Bluetoothverbindung stand ich auf Kriegsfuß. Aber das kann auch mein Elektro-Karma sein. 😉 Die Sauna ist für Menschen über 1,60 etwas ungünstig geschnitten, aber der Ofen hat ordentlich Dampf und macht das wieder wett. Whirlpool und Kamin runden das Gute-Laune-bei-schlechtem-Wetter-Paket ab und so gibt es alles in allem keinen Grund für große Kritik. Einzig, dass die bereits im Oktober beanstandete defekte/fehlende Duschscheibe bislang nicht ersetzt wurde, wäre als Mini-Minuspunkt zu nennen. Fazit: Wundervolle Ferienwohnung in Top-Lage mit fantastischer Ausstattung.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung ….

… eine so ordentliche und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete FeWo haben wir bisher noch nicht gehabt. Sie lies keine Wünsche offen, weder in der Küche noch im Bad fehlte etwas. Ostsee-Urlaub im November ist zwar so eine Sache, aber in der Wohnung haben wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt 😄 ganz klare Empfehlung - wir kommen gern wieder, wenn es wieder wärmer ist und einfach mehr los ist.

Alles wie beschrieben

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Sauna und den Whirpool haben wir gerne genutzt, einzig die Duschtür war defekt (die Dusche konnten wir trotzdem nutzen). Nach Angabe bei der Verwaltung sollte diese nach unserer Abreise wieder repariert werden. Ein wenig getrübt hat den Aufenthalt das laute Knarren des Bettes. Evtl. könnte man dieses mal ölen. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wunderbar und die Nähe zum Strand unschlagbar. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder mieten und können sie weiter empfehlen!

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir waren bis auf die Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden. Alles versprochene war vorhanden. Wir hatten sogar ein wenig Meerblick und den Strandkorb am Strand in der ersten reihe.
