Just 5 minutes from Juliana International Airport and within walking distance from beaches and St. Maarten's only golf course. It's a 10 minute drive to Marigot, the French St. Martin's capital, and a 20 minute drive to Philipsburg, Dutch St. Maarten's capital.
The space
Up to eight guests are able to comfortably sleep in this condo.
The main living space, facing the ocean, features an open-concept design with large and comfortable sofa beds(2). This space is open to the adjacent dining room with a table with seating for six and the spacious fully equipped kitchen. Sliding doors, just off the dining room and living room, lead to a large balcony with a seating area, perfect for breakfast or watching sunsets.

The master bedroom, features two comfortable queen size beds, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub, safe and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom, has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and access to the balcony.

The condo unit, amenities, staff, and location were all fantastic. Zsofia was an excellent and responsive host. The condo is very nice - pictures are consistent with our experience. The swimming pool was our favorite place to enjoy the sun. We had a short walk to Mullet Beach, which is likely the best on the island. The proximity to a couple markets and restaurants was very convenient for us.

This property is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the beach at the condo and were able to drive to many different beaches. We came back to the hotel and enjoyed the beautiful infinity pool at the end of each daily adventure. We will be back and cannot think of a better place to stay. Zsofia was very responsive and friendly.

The Cliff is great !!

Sofia was terrific to deal with and the condo was exactly as advertised. Could not have had a better location over by mullet bay and the airport - been to St Maarten 14 times and this was the best place we have stayed - would definitely return !!

Great Time in Sint Maarten

We enjoyed our stay except the air conditioning did not work and there was an odor in living room, but loved the area and the rooms were great!!! Plenty of room for all of us.

Terrific Property!

We are a family of four with two teenagers. The property had plenty to keep us busy, was safe, beautiful view and simple to check in and check out. The neighborhood has a few restaurants and a little grocery store just up the street. I would recommend renting a car as taxis are somewhat expensive. I’d suggest taking a taxi to the property from the airport and then having the car delivered to you. We used Hardys - but I suspect a number of car rental companies would do the same. The owners of the property were terrific. They were responsive and when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that the property was well maintained and equipped. Perfect vacation. Thank you.

All inclusive Vibe!

We were blown away the moment we arrived on the property. Pulling up to the resort gate, we felt very secure and once inside the lobby, it gives all inclusive feels. The lobby is so beautiful - walking straight through and you will find gorgeous sitting areas, infinity pool, and once in a lifetime view of the ocean. Inside, the condo is so spacious and outlined perfectly. It is waterfront with the kitchen, dining, and living room overlooking the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning and eating our dinner with such a beautiful view. The owners have everything you need in the kitchen to make dinner and the grocery store is within a walkable distance. By the grocery store, there are several restaurants too.I can’t say enough about the pool and the beach area. We went during the low season. There were a couple of days that no one was in the pool - we had it all to ourselves with pool bar attendant behind us. It was perfect. Down at the beach, they have a gate that you have to buzz in and out that made us feel secure as well. There are picture worthy stairs that go down to the beach. My kids saw all kinds of sea life down there while snorkeling including sting rays. We stayed 7 days and had the time of our lives. This was the most absolute best vacation that we have ever taken.

Review of Our Stay at The CliffOur recent stay at The Cliff was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beautiful surroundings and the family-friendly atmosphere that this location offers. Location, Location, LocationOne of the standout features of The Cliff is its proximity to Mullet Bay Beach, which is just an 8-minute walk away. In my opinion, Mullet Bay is the best beach in St. Martin for families. The soft sand and gentle waves make it perfect for kids, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for a family day at the beach. In contrast, beaches like Orient Bay and Maho have a more party-oriented vibe, while the water at Simpson Bay isn’t as inviting for families. Additionally, we found several excellent dining options within a 5-10 minute walk, making it easy to explore local cuisine. The casino is also conveniently located just 5 minutes away, adding a fun element to our stay. If you need to stock up on essentials, grocery stores are within a short 5-8 minute walk, making it very convenient for families with elderly parents and children.Facilities and AmenitiesThe amenities at The Cliff are truly impressive. The facility features a delightful kid’s pool and an infinity pool that overlooks the ocean — the views from here are simply unmatched, especially during sunset. There’s also an indoor pool for those who prefer a more controlled environment.While there is access to a private beach, I must caution future guests
