in Crozon/Morgat, only a few minutes walk from the beach of Portzic.

It offers 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 8-10 people. You can enjoy the surrounding calm, the coastal paths and all other amenities (restaurants, shops, nautical centre...)

The accommodation

This house can accommodate 8 to 10 people (8 adults max). It is composed of a fully equipped open kitchen with laundry room, a living room with fireplace opening onto a sun terrace to be able to enjoy it.
The house is bathed in light even in Breton weather!
On the ground floor is a double bedroom (queen size bed) with private shower room (shower room redone in 2024 - updated photos to come) and separate toilet
Upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms distributed as follows:
: a double bed bedroom (140 bed),
: a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a king size bed (180 cm bed),
: a bedroom with a high bed (which can be a bunk bed for young children). A single bed can be added,
: a small bedroom with a single bed,
: a bathroom (bath).

House equipped for children (games, books and baby equipment available)

A 100m2 terrace overlooking a large garden (1800m2 land).

Optional cleaning at 120 euros.

Please note that household linen is not provided, but we can offer it for rent if necessary, payable on site.
Linen for a double bed: 20€
Linen for a small bed: 15€
Towels (one small and one large): 5€/person.
