About this property

Apartment 2 (of a total of 6 apartments) is located on the ground floor of the completely renovated historic pension house. The apartment has a covered loggia with a view of the forest, a large kitchen and two separate bedrooms (1x double bed and bunk beds for 3 children in the children's room).

In addition to the apartment (approx. 55 sqm) and your private loggia, there is a common room for up to 20 people and the sunny garden with sun loungers.

You can borrow bicycles free of charge to get a quick roll or you can safely store your own bikes in the locked bike shed.

And if it is bad weather or you want to enjoy the spring or autumn in peace, our small in-house library provides you with sufficient reading material - and if that is not enough, you can extend your loan to the public library within walking distance.

Also von wlan kann hier nicht die Rede sein. Man kommt kaum rein, schlechte Verbindung, dazu noch Funkloch wenn man dann doch auf Daten zurückgreifen will. Es wurde gesagt dass ein Techniker vorbei kommt, nie geschehen. Schlüssel abholen war auch nicht einfach, das muss mal von fewo updated werden. Wohnung dunkel da Erdgeschoss, viele Mücken, es fehlten noch ein paar Sachen wie Besen, wurde nach Anfrage aber gebracht. Einige Spinnen, bei der Sauberkeit ist Luft nach oben. Distanz zum Strand ist ok, zum Stadtkern auch, man muss aber einen Berg hoch, sollte man wissen. Wir würden zumindest dort nicht wieder Urlaub machen, auch wenn die Vermieter als sehr nett und hilfreich erscheinen, Wohnung und orga sollte mal auf einen aktuellen Stand gebracht werden.

Waren mit unseren Enkeln angereist. Platz war genügend vorhanden. Schrank im Schlafzimmer roch sehr.

Würden wieder buchen.

Schön, aber in die Jahre gekommenen

Sehr schöne Wohnanlage, direkt am Wald. Dadurch leider sehr dunkel in der Erdgeschosswohnung. Bei der Ankunft war die Wohnung völlig ausgekühlt . Auf Nachfrage wurde die Heizung angestellt. Leider mussten wir erst einmal putzen.Küche war völlig verdreckt. Im Bad nicht eine Steckdose zu finden und Hinterlassenschaften des Vermieteters. Aber wir hatten trotzdem einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Wirklich schöne und kinderfreundliche Fewo in Strandnähe

schönes altes Haus mit viel Charme, sehr kinderfreundlich mit extra Spielzimmer, super Lage nur 5min vom Strand direkt an einem herrlichen Buchenwald gelegen, einfache Ausstattung aber mit allem was man braucht, perfekt um ein paar Tage auf Usedom zu entspannen...
