Welcome to our charming cottage with 5 stars and Nordic character. Our friendly vacation home offers year-round space for 2 to 8 people who want to spend their holidays in Zinnowitz. Our quiet house is only about 750 meters from the beach and the nearest supermarket, the Bersteintherme with beach sauna and many restaurants are also within easy reach. The 500 m² large property offers on our south-facing terrace with teak furniture and barbecue plenty of space to relax and celebrate. The pleasantly designed garden provides plenty of space for fun and games. There are also 2 parking spaces (including 1x garage) for your cars on the completely fenced plot. The house was built in 2011 in ecological construction and achieved by the complete processing of breathable building materials, the pleasant and desirable living environment.

Ferienhaus, Lage und Vermieter des Hauses waren erstklassig. Zinnowitz als Urlaubsort auf Usedom ist genau passend, nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig.

Ferienhaus mit Top-Ausstattung

Sehr komfortabel ausgestattet mit toller Außensauna. Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe Bhf und Einkaufsstraßen. Trotzdessen sehr ruhige Lage da am Ende einer Sackgasse im Wohngebiet. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und freundlich!Würden es gerne nochmal buchen!

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, in welchem es an nichts fehlte und auch auf kleine Details acht gegeben wurde. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief tadellos- bei Fragen und Anliegen wurde unverzüglich reagiert und gehandelt. Mein Fazit: top und gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus mit perfekter Ausstattung

Wir waren im Oktober 2019 für 1 Woche mit 2 Familien (8Personen) dort und waren vom ersten Moment an hellauf begeistert vom gesamten Objekt. Helle, grosse, modern eingerichtete Räume mit perfekter Ausstattung z. B. Kaminholz, grosser Schuppen mit Garage, tolle Terrasse. Man fühlte sich herzlich willkommen, der Kontakt zum Hausverwalter war super nett. Zentrale Lage, zum Zentrum 5 Gehminuten. Wir haben die langen Spaziergänge entlang der Ostseeküste zwischen Zinnowitz und Ahlbeck sehr genossen.
