The location is fantastic! We were able to walk to the game as well as all the fun things on Dickson. The property was very clean, beds comfy, and a good size kitchen. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the game day atmosphere. The two reserved parking spots were very convenient. We would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to be basically on the UARK campus and who enjoys the nightlife on Dickson.

College visit

We came in town to visit my son, who attends University of Arkansas. The apartment was perfect. Located right on Dickson street it’s walking distance to foods, bars and shopping. The owners were amazing and worked with us through some scheduling issues that came up. Would book again and definitely recommend.

Convenient but noisy

This location was great for visiting all the restaurants and bars in this college town. However we can’t party like we use to and tried go to bed by ten. It was so noisy, we couldn’t sleep.
