Three Palms- Beautiful new home 3br/2ba

Book March through April for $99 Per Night, plus taxes and fees.

Beautiful NEW 3BR/2BA ground level home, with spacious rooms and open floor plan. Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king in the master bedroom and a queen in the other two bedrooms. Large, private yard, ample parking for boat/RV with 30 amp hook up for additional cost. Secluded in a quite neighborhood just off the beaten path, conveniently located between Carrabelle and Apalachicola. Come see all Franklin County has to offer and let us be your host on the coast! Now has WIFI!

Places to visit in the surrounding area include: Tate's Hell Nature Trail, the Historic Carrabelle Lighthouse
and Museum, Camp Gordon Johnston World War II Museum, Panacea's Gulf Specimen Marine Lab (with
touch pools for children) and the Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve. Various activities
are available including Dog Island Ferry excursions, charter fishing, kayaking, birding, cycling paths
across the road and guided boat tours at Wakulla Springs. There are a variety of local seafood
eateries and a local supermarket. Also close by is the beautiful St. James Bay Golf Course designed by Robert Walker. The St. Marks
Wildlife Refuge is a great outing for the entire family. Located a little over an hour from Tallahassee and
only twenty minutes from St. George Island and Apalachicola, this retreat can be tailored to your own
adventurous spirit.

We enjoyed the open and clean feel of the house, and the way that it's nestled back in by the trees and pond with only two neighbors that you can sorta see though the trees made it feel quiet, private, and away from the hubbub of the more touristy areas of the Gulf Coast. A lovely extended weekend stay.

Beautiful place!

My family and I loved the place. The home is gorgeous! The only thing I would suggest is that taking bottled water along was a great idea because the water there was like coastal water anywhere. It’s no too tasty and doesn’t make good coffee, tea, or lemonade. Other than that, everything is close by - shopping, restaurants, and beaches.

Clean & comfortable

The house was great but the yard did need a cut! We enjoyed the front porch. It was a short ride to the boat ramp and places to eat. I would've appreciated some measuring spoons and maybe a few more cooking pans but was able to make due with what was available. All in all this was a great place to stay and we would stay again.

Great Location

Rental was very nice and clean. Location was great and easy to find. We loved everything about this property except the water. The water has a bad odor which is typical for Florida water but I would recommend having a filter installed. But even with that, I would stay here again and highly recommend.
