Bayou Breeze is a newly renovated 2 bedroom/2.5 bath, waterfront house on a private one-acre lot
overlooking the Postun Bayou. This home is well appointed with everything you will need for a great
vacation! Access to open decks and a shared screened in porch, overlooking the water, is accessible
from each bedroom. Choosing a place to relax with your morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail
should be easy! The master bedroom is fully furnished with a king size bed, full dresser, Flat screen TV,
and master bathroom suite. The second bedroom provides 2 full size beds and built in closet/drawers
with a Jack-n-Jill style bathroom that leads to the laundry room equipped with a washer/dryer set and
trash compactor. Prefer staying indoors? You can still revel in the view from inside the living room lined
with windows. Underneath the house there are 2, one car carports and a screened in room with a patio
table and chairs. Best of all, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water and a view like no other.
Fishing folks… enjoy the convenience of Pirates Landing located just one half of a mile at the end of the
road to launch your boat. After a great day of catching fish on the beautiful gulf waters, tie your boat up
to the private dock accessible from the Carrabelle River or Postun Bayou. Dock is equipped with running
water, fish cleaning table, a crab/bait trap, and solar lights, the owners do have extension cords that you can run from house to the dock for electricity. If you're not in the market for boat fishing,
take advantage of "The Point" on the right side of the property which will lead you to a great fishing hole
at the water's edge! Either way, bring your catch of the day home to cook on the grill or in the fully
stocked kitchen! *Does not have WIFI*

Bayou Breeze is incorporated in a habitat conservation zone, so be sure to bring a camera for some
great shots of wildlife all around!
Places to visit in the surrounding area include: Tate's Hell Nature Trail, the Historic Carrabelle Lighthouse
and Museum, Camp Gordon Johnston World War II Museum, Panacea's Gulf Specimen Marine Lab (with
touch pools for children) and the Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve. Various activities
are available including Dog Island Ferry excursions, charter fishing, kayaking, birding, cycling paths
across the road and guided boat tours at Wakulla Springs. There are a variety of local seafood
eateries and a local supermarket. Also close by is the beautiful St. James Bay Golf Course designed by Robert Walker. The St. Marks
Wildlife Refuge is a great outing for the entire family. Located a little over an hour from Tallahassee and
only twenty minutes from St. George Island and Apalachicola, this retreat can be tailored to your own
adventurous spirit.
