The door was very difficult to get open, bugs in the place. The water drained very slowly in the sinks. Water leaked into the drawers under the sink. Issues were reported and nothing was done about it.

It was only ok
The photos and description are accurate but not complete. This unit is deep inside the building with only two very small windows that only open about 20 percent and into the very narrow alleyway between two very tall buildings. There is not enough air circulation. The bathroom has no separate ventilation and so the bathroom air flows into the the apartment and stays there. There's only one entrance and no window escape in case of a fire. I would not stay here again.

Missing details
We booked this in July for an October stay and, at that time, there hadn’t been any reviews. The apartment itself is lovely and looks exactly as pictured. What isn’t mentioned is that there are no external windows, and there is a 60 meter journey down an alley/outdoor hallway where we stepped over garbage to get to the apartment.
The apartment smelled of a peach scented cleaner, which was difficult to handle until we discovered the fans in the corners. There weren’t any extra touches like coffee pods or books/games, but the beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Our family of 4 was pretty crowded. I would not recommend this for anyone who has claustrophobia/anxiety; also was a bit concerned about what would happen in the event of a fire.
