For lovers of hiking, the house is located 300 m from the GR 34 (Roscanvel: its fortifications road, fraternity circuit, the Moulin du seigneur 3h30 hike....)

If you want to discover exceptional beaches, hike on incredible coastal paths or enjoy sports activities (cycling, sailing club, climbing at the tip of Pen Hir with its 130 routes and its viacorda above the sea...), the Crozon Peninsula is for you.

The Ground Floor:

Living room composed of a 2-seater sofa bed, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, hob with hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet with its sink.
This room gives access to a beautiful terrace of 20 m2 and a garden where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea.

Upstairs:

Attic room with a double bed 160x200 and single bed 90x200. Tv upstairs.
All you have to do is drop off your belongings, we will take care of preparing your bed. The skylight also has a direct view of the sea.

Your well-being is our priority. The bedding is of very good quality (dunlopillo 160 biloadance density 40 kg/ m3), the house is well insulated and has a 2024 electric heating in lava stone for gentle warmth in winter, roller shutters and awning on velux.PGJyPg
All you have to do is take your slippers for a cocooning stay!!

Enclosed garden with only the sea as a vis-à-vis On the sea side, the land is delimited by a small wall (see photos of the exteriors).
You are asked to respect this delimitation for your safety. We are not responsible for any inappropriate behaviour
(diving, non-compliance with the limits indicated above, etc.)

No wifi for a total shutdown and rejuvenation, and to allow electrosensitive people not to be disturbed. However, 4G and 5G are accessible from home.
