LAKE FRONT!! Newly updated Cabin with a private beach. Great Location!

This cozy cabin is very spacious and has been newly remodeled but has a rustic feel. It is located on a quiet dead end street with private access to Lake Naomi. This cabin is a perfect place to create family memories in the summer, fall, winter or spring! Wake up to the beautiful views of the lake and enjoy a cup of coffee on the dock. Then spend the day on the small private beach, swimming, boating, fishing and relaxing in the adirondack chairs. Enjoy happy hour on the dock while watching the sunset and end your day around the fire pit roasting marshmallows.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Plus a loft area. This home is spacious with three common areas to spend time in. Plus a huge wrap around deck outside with lake views.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking/baking needs, utensils, glassware and more! There is a rectangle table off of the kitchen that can seat 6 people. Perfect place to eat breakfast with the family!
Off of the kitchen you will find a long multipurpose room. There is a round table that can seat 8 people. Perfect for eating meals, playing games or doing a puzzle. There is a comfy reading nook, so bring your favorite book! There is an extra small beverage fridge too!
The living room is the best place to sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful views through the large A-framed windows. There is a large sectional couch where you can watch the smart TV above the wood burning fireplace! (wood provides)
There is also a large wrap around porch with a propane grill, a propane fire pit and plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors.

Lindens included - Sheets and towels!
No Smoking and No Pets.

But there is a private beach right on the lake with a dock and a big fire pit area.

NOTE: Lake Naomi limits temporary memberships so they are first come, first serve. We are only allowed to give out 4 temp memberships and they must be Sat-Sat rental.

2. Two full beds with a dresser, two closets and a smart TV
3. Large upstairs room with two queen beds, a dresser and a full remodeled bathroom.
4. Loft - One full bed and two twin beds.

Lake Naomi Amenities:
The amenities are AMAZING but are for members ONLY. The good news is... you are able to pay for a temporary membership if you are staying 7 nights and it must be a Saturday-Saturday rental! These temporary memberships are limited, so if you are interested please reach out right away to get your week reserved. (first come, first serve!)

Amenities include: Clubhouse restaurant and bar (indoor and outdoor), the beach with a lifeguard during the summer season, community center with an indoor pool, a gym, basketball court and more, a huge outdoor pool with a waterslide, Golf, Tennis and many family community events that run all year round!!

Boats included - 1 closed kayak, 2 ocean kayaks, peddle boat and a flat bottom boat with oars and life vests. (Summer months only. Temp Membership to LNC)

Location: It is a short walk to Julibee's Restaurant and to Lake Naomi Club house and beach which is a member only facility but you can apply for a temporary membership on Lake Naomi website. (limited available and must be a Sat-Sat week rental).
