About this property

Small cabin on the water with a couple hide-a-beds for the fam. Go kayaking to Dead mans Island (Cutts Island) or just BBQ and watch the sun set. A store w/ a small pub walking distance away. Sehmel park is a great spot as well.

Unsecured on the Water

The cabin is rustic and on a beautiful inlet. We let the host know that we were unable to lock the door upon arrival. The door was unlocked for us when we arrived. This concern was dismissed. We were never able to lock the front door. There was no information about WiFi or how to secure the front door. The cabin was hastily prepared for guests. There was construction debris in the trash cans which were full when we arrived. The bedroom wall was stained and the bedroom still smelled like fresh stain. I had asked for WiFi and a code to lock the door. The host took 24 hours to answer me regarding the WiFi code and never sent information to secure the door. My 11 year old daughter slept on the Murphy bed three feet from a unlocked front door right off a well-travelled road. I would not recommend this cabin to anyone until the host makes these corrections.
