Thank you for such a wonderful review! It sounds like you had the perfect family getaway. We’re glad the home had everything you needed for cooking, relaxing, and keeping the kids entertained, and that the patio, pool, and river trail were some of your favorite parts. The fall colors must have been beautiful too! We’d be happy to have your family back anytime.

Perfect weekend getaway for my family. View from this property is absolutely amazing! The property is clean and updated. Nice balcony with table and chairs, if the weather is nice to sit out and enjoy! Plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. Convenient location not far from Vail we were able to go up and visit for the day. Plenty of restaurants, shops, convenience, stores, and gas stations nearby would absolutely stay here again when back in the area! Fantastic condo!

Easy check in/check out, great location, very clean, great view. Was a bit noisy - could hear people walking in unit above, shower running in unit next door, people dragging skis and suitcases up and down stairs. Great pool and hot tub area.

The place had a wonderful view, and wonderful family area and patio. The guest room beds were pretty miserable. The guest room double was so sunked in the middle a person ended up sleeping on the pull out trundle instead because they couldn't sleep on it. The single bed in that room also had a trough in the middle of the bed that you sunk into. The TV wasn't super useful because it only had a couple apps downloaded on it and disabled the access for the guest to download any more. Therefore we couldn't watch several things as a family that we were hoping to because it only had access to a couple apps. The host tried to help with this, but to no avail (other effort is appreciated). Nonetheless, this is an odd default setting on the TV for a unit that is frequently rented (either load it up with the most common apps or open the access).

We’re glad you enjoyed the views and the family space, but we’re sorry the guest room beds weren’t comfortable and that the TV’s app restrictions limited your options. We appreciate you recognizing our efforts to help with the TV, even though we weren’t able to resolve it during your stay. We’ll share both concerns with our team so the beds and TV setup can be reviewed. Thank you for the feedback.
