Beautiful saltwater pool home with room for the family and fido! Just a short drive to area beaches, restaurants and shopping. 8.8 miles to Carolina Beach, 10.2 miles to Wrightsville Beach, 8.5 miles to Historic Downtown Wilmington. Close to parks and cross city trail, The Pointe at Barclay for movies and restaurants. Home features a first floor bedroom with King bed and attached shared full bathroom. 2nd floor features a second suite with 2 queen beds and private bathroom, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed across the hall from a powder room, and a loft area for hanging out or playing foosball. Upon entering the home you'll find 2 cozy living and entertaining areas that flow into the open kitchen and dining room which comfortably seats 6. Out back you'll find a lovely yard with salt water pool, palm tree, hammock and mature live oak. Choose from any of our many outdoor seating/gathering areas! Home is pet friendly for well trained dogs. There's room to park your boat!

Had a relaxing week with the family and our dogs, we were in the pool every day! It's located between Wilmington beach and Carolina beach, so there's plenty to do. House was clean and the neighborhood is quiet, would definitely recommend!

The house was beautiful and had the perfect layout for our family of five. The kids had a blast in the pool, and everything was clean and well maintained. Our 16-year-old was even able to get a one-week gym membership at a gym just four minutes away, which was a great bonus. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the host was quick to respond whenever we had questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Relaxing family getaway

Our family had a great short vacation to the Wilmington area and very much enjoyed our stay. Pool was fantastic and the house was clean and comfortable for our family. Proximity to beaches and shopping/dining is just right. We look forward to returning.

This property is fantastic! The location was perfect. My husband and I traveled with two of our adult children to check out apartments for our daughter. Our oldest son was in town with the band he does the lighting for and even though we had a long day of traveling we were able to pop over to the Greenfield Lake Amphitheater and see him! We have friends that moved to NC and we were able to have a cookout with them to celebrate two birthdays. The pool and ping pong table were a hit. The only problem was not staying long enough! We will absolutely be back when we move our daughter down. Fred and Stephanie were fantastic with communication. I can’t recommend this property enough

Just what we needed

Our original intention was to explore Wilmington and surrounding beaches but the house and pool were so amazing we only left to eat out on occasion. Literally everything we needed was there; pool, puzzles, coffee maker. Delightful stay.
