Appartement vue sur mer Accès Direct à la Plage de St Enogat
A breathtaking view, direct access to the beach, a west orientation that will allow you to have the sun in the apartment and enjoy the sunsets. No need for a car to do your shopping, go to the restaurant, you are in 10 minutes in the centre of Dinard on foot either by the rampart path or passing in front of the beautiful Dinard villas, in a functional apartment recently redone. The spectacle of permanent change to the rhythm of the tides in this peaceful family residence. The apartment is ideal for a couple with 2 or three children. A travel cot is available.
There is plenty of entertainment. A market twice a week plus that of St Enogat and St Lunaire. St Malo, Dinan, Cancale, St Briac nearby. You are also right in front of the thalasso where you can do some treatments by booking in advance or go for an aperitif. There are activities for children on the beach, the possibility of renting kayaks and sailboats. Sailing school in Dinard etc ...
The price is adjustable depending on the month from 150€ to 170€ per night. Kitchen redone and modernised 2025

St Enogat Forever
Super appart moderne, tout confort facile à vivre avec une terrace splendide, une vue sublime et un accès directe sur la plage. Excellente bibliothèque et carte maritime du coin, propriétaire très sympathique et disponible.
