About this property

Condo with 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, kitchen, living & dining room and a balcony with amazing Ocean views. Located in a luxury resort directly on the Playa de Oro beach, in the hotel and business area, with amenities such as beach club, pool, spa, gym, children's area, restaurant, concierge, tennis court, along with some others… Next to it is La Isla shopping village and a few steps from nice restaurants. At 15 minutes from the airport and 10 to the centro Malecon area.
The space
We have special rates for weekly or monthly stays that the system alone can not calculate.
In monthly stays we provide the weekly cleaning service of the condominium.
The place has air conditioning in rooms and living-dining area and kitchen; interphone; in the living room there is a 50 "Samsung flat screen, with ROKU usb and high-speed Wi-Fi internet so that guests can access any streaming platform to which they are subscribed, for example Netflix, Hulu, Fox News, HBO Go, etc ...
Guest access
This apartment is shared with you in its entirety, we wish you to enjoy how comfortable it is and how close it is to/from anywhere due to its central location and fantastic facilities. Regarding on the availability to use the common areas in the complex, you can access any of them and enjoy the sun loungers; the pool; Jacuzzis, spa as well as gym facilities and any other amenity as long as each of them is available; however, keep in mind that these areas are not under our administration and control, therefore, we do not include their use in the rate; anyway, you can use them at no additional charge. I let you know that these areas have specific hours for use, and most of the time you need to wear the distinctive guest bracelet in Icon. We have parking space for a car, let me know in case you need it. The use of common areas is regulated by the rules of the condominium, so you must take into account that access is not allowed to people who are not registered and in general terms, maintain good order.
Other things to note
If you have any questions or concerns about these rules, please do not hesitate to tell us, we will clarify any point and perhaps we could eliminate one that bothers you especially.

99% of our guests are wonderful and these rules are simply guidelines, because they are very respectful of our property. These rules are created for the small percentage of guests who may not be very clear on how the holiday rental apartments operate.

No guests, parties or events are allowed, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, keep in mind that the presence of smoke odor inside the apartment will entail you an extra charge of $ 150 USD.

Pets are not allowed.

Remember that Vallarta is a living city, in full growth and you could find construction works near the property, Restaurants or bars, with the inconveniences that this entails; our prices will have already been adjusted if that were the case.

The price of this apartment includes 25 kWh of electricity per day. Making responsible use of Air Conditioning, which means using it only with the windows and doors tightly closed and not leaving it on if you leave the apartment. Each kWh exceeded will be charged at $ 7.95 pesos at the end of your stay. In Mexico the electric power has a very high price so air conditioning is a luxury that the vast majority of the population can not afford, following these indications you will almost certainly have no extra charge.

The loss of the key implies the total change of the locks for a cost of $ 100 USD at your expense.
In the condominium you have a safe deposit box, it will be provided to you in open mode and that way you will have to leave it when you check out, in case of leaving it blocked there would be a charge on your account of $ 100 USD.

Internet service we hire is from the one of the largest Mexican companies ¨COSMORED¨, currently there is no company that guarantees 100% service, and we have adjusted the prices of accommodation to this circumstance, providing the service at no cost, but no admitting no type of claim for faults in the service.

The check in after 10:00 PM will cost $ 10 USD or the peso exchange rate of the day.

Grand Venetian

Nice modern building. Condo needed a good cleaning when we checked in. Unfortunately, lacking enough kitchen supplies (fry pan handle coming off, had to replace pot, only 1 wine glass), very poor lightening thru out the Condo, light over the stove did not go on, bathroom tap fixture ready to fall off, not enough towels and the ones there need replacing. We had a brother and sister in law staying next door but was told we could have no guests. Family is not guests in my view. Threat of having our stay cancelled if we had someone over. Very poorly managed in our view. Would not stay there again considering they charge high prices for the condo but provide sub-standard emenities.

Pets not allowed

We booked this co do because it was advertised as pets allowed. We were told a week after we got there that pets aren’t allowed, it was suggested we leave. When we showed our booking included a pet they took us to the office to get a tag for our dog. Then we were charged an additional $100 fee. We won’t go there again we were extremely stressed about this issue. We also were given the wrong instructions to our room and wrong room number. The instructions didn’t include a contact phone number. We had to go to the original booking email to find a phone number. We were told it was the wrong phone number she didn’t deal with our specific booking. She looked up our booking and gave us the correct room in the end, but it was very stressful!!

Difficult stsy

For starters, there was no one there to greet me though I was told by Veronica she would try to get Madzy there. The instructions for the code said to punch in the numbers and then hit the # sign. There was no such sign, So back and forth with V or Andrea and I finally figured the padlock icon on the right— not the left—was the substitute for the # sign. Once inside, after unpacking, I tried to navigate the TV. All the instructions were in Spanish. All my efforts for an hour failed. In my prior seven trips to PV, a real person showed up and walked me through the international connections and the TV instructions. When I texted for help, I was told she would contact Madzy. For two days, I watched Betflix in my phone. Then Madzy texted me and told me to turn the TV on “It’s a Smart TV,” he said. I told him I tried and needed him there to set it up. On my third day, he showed up—and it took him more than a half hour to set it up. In addition, no hot water in the bathroom putt of an only faucet. Never again. Stay away.

Great Property!

We love PV and always try to stay at the Grand Venetian! This little condo was perfect for the two of us and did not disappoint. It was very, very clean and location was perfect to view sunsets, fireworks and everything PV. Property managers were great and communication was great. We would stay here again!
