The apartment was great, it had everything you need for a week stay. The balcony was just awesome. Walmart was just up the road, suggest you to take an Uber, it’s very inexpensive. The ride to the airport was 12 for 2 people. I’m definitely returning.

Anything you may need is nearby, stores, restaurants, groceries and taxis. Great location! The pools and grounds are beautiful. Only negative is the living and dining furniture need repair or replacement in the near future.

This condo was great-exactly as shown in the photos. Large balcony was perfect for watching sunsets every day. The condo was clean and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Grand Venetian is beautifully landscaped with several swimming pools - all very clean. Easy walk to good restaurants. Highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful suite (very firm mattress) with gorgeous sunset views from the patio. Great communication and Sergio was great to set us all up and responded very quickly to one small issue. The pools, restaurant and grounds were all excellent and great walking distance to malls, groceries and restaurants. A really great experience, would stay again.

Great facility and close to everything

This is a nice high-rise (3 towers) property right on the beach and with 3 different pools for use. There is a nice restaurant inn the common area by the beach. The whole complex is well maintained and a real nice to hang around.

The condo had good ocean views. The bedroom (only one) and the living room had a joint/continuous balcony which was great! It was nice waking up to an ocean view.At first blush the condo seemed clean. However, as we settled in we noticed areas like the sink drain, the garbage can, and some areas of the washing machine need a deep clean. Also, communications with the host were difficult. Lengthy (hours) wait to get a response. This place should be a huge 5 stars.

Christmas in PV

We were near a public access walkway to the beach and therefore got to watch many Mexicans enjoying Christmas at the beach.

Great place

There was a little construction going on outside but really not a big deal. The condo itself was really nice and clean. The bed was replaced with one that was pretty hard but other than that it was a great stay.

Our Stay

Overall a good experience. Location for seniors quite a distance for walking, a car would be helpful for shopping but cab service is readably available. Clean property with all basic needs.

Another Great Stay at Grand Venetian

We spent a 8 nights at the condo and had a great experience. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was easy and the property manager (Sergio) was very responsive. The Grand Venetian is an amazing property and we love the pool area and staff. The food in the restaurant is great and very convenient for meals and snacks. We can’t wait to go back!!
