Clean and comfortable. Very close to the part of town we visited. Beach was a short ride away. Plenty of cool shops and restaurants nearby.Would definitely book again.

Great Home!

A group of us stayed here for a long weekend. The location is very convenient & close to downtown. The host made the check in & out process so east! Great home for large groups!

Cute little house

Our family enjoyed this house! The house looks small but all of us stayed here comfortably. The back yard was nice and being able to grill was a great perk.

Beautiful, comfy, spacious hone for large family.

Perfect, great spacious hime in a quiet neighborhood, house may look small on the outside but trust me it was very spacious inside had everyrhing we needed.

Overall, this place was a little more disappointing than I expected. While the house was spacious, there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable.The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We stayed for 8 days with two families, and the supplies provided such as toilet paper, paper towels, and other essentials were only enough to get us started. We had to purchase many additional items ourselves, even though the listing made it seem like these would be provided. The hot water in the kitchen and the front bathroom was inconsistent, and there was no vacuum available to clean up everyday messes. There also weren't enough towels for a group our size, so we had to wash them multiple times during our stay. No kitchen towels or cleaning rags were provided, which meant we had to use and buy extra paper towels just to keep the kitchen clean. Several kitchen utensils and supplies were broken or falling apart while we were trying to cook, which was frustrating. Another disappointment was the parking situation. Street parking restrictions were brought up only after booking, even though this was never clearly stated in the listing when we reserved the property back in March. The host's communication regarding this felt rude from the beginning. Although the home is large, I don't believe comfortably accommodates 12 people as advertised unless several people are willing to share beds. Details was not fully corrected or told to us.

Geilnda's House

The house was nice and clean but the Sofa Beds were very uncomfortable. The mattresses were very thin, warp sided and hard. You could feel the iron springs through the mattress. You could also feel the bar on the futon when you let it down.

Perfection in a tiny package

The house looks small but all 9 of us stayed and was very comfortable. My host answered all my questions. The yard was clean and big enough for our little kids to run around. the kitchen had plenty of dishes and she had salt and pepper which i didn't find until I bought it .was a great place.
