About this property

Little Paradise has a spectacular view! This updated, first floor condominium is just minutes from charming Davidson, Mooresville, Cornelius and other surrounding lake communities! Charlotte is a quick 20-30 minutes away.

This first floor unit has a step free entrance. It offers 2 bedrooms, each with their own bath. The dining table has room for a workspace on one end, and dining on the other end. Recent updates include new floors, paint, a barn door in the main bathroom, and a new sliding glass door. Southpoint has a scenic salt waterpool and is the perfect place to relax. A community grill with utensils is available to you and is located near the pool. The pool has lounge seating, chairs and a round table for dining or drinks.

Take a walk, enjoy the scenery, sit by the lake, read, watch the sunset or play tennis and/or pickle ball on newly resurfaced courts. There are so many fun things to do!

We are proud to have North Harbor Club Restaurant, The Cabin, featuring craft beer and wine, and the Lake Norman Cottage wine café all within walking distance and/or a very short drive.

Local attractions include boat rentals, kayak and paddle board rentals, shopping, dining, hiking, horseback riding, outdoor music, Carolina Panthers, minor league baseball, Josh's Farmers Market and so much more.

Your pet is welcome. When outside, pets must be on a leash. Pet waste stations (2) are available for your convenience. There are several dog parks in the area for your furry one to romp, run and play.

We have a 30 day minimum rental. Snowbirds are welcome! We hope you’ll spend time with us visiting Lake Norman and the surrounding area. Please reach out to me with any questions!

Perfect lakeside extended stay!

We stayed in this condo for two months while our house was finishing up with the building process. It was the perfect place for us with a great location and it had everything we needed being that all of our belongings were in storage. The owner was fantastic and very responsive to any questions we had. We loved taking our dog for walks on the walking trail in the neighborhood and we used the pickleball courts and went to both The Pub and The Lake Norman Cottage, both located in the neighborhood. Our favorite part was enjoying the sunsets from the back patio.

Great two months in Jo’s condo!

We enjoyed snowbirding on Lake Norman in Jo’s condo. She was a great host and was super available when we had questions. Her condo was immaculate and has a beautiful view of the lake, as well as full of great amenities. We loved being able to play pickle ball, too! I highly recommend staying here!

Tranquility on the lake

I enjoyed my month long stay very much. The condo was everything it promised and more. The back patio was a front row seat to some of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. Having the lake and a pool steps from the back door made for a perfect vacation spot. Jo was super friendly and accomadating. The neighbors were wonderful and welcomed me into their community with open arms. I was invited to concerts, dinners, pool happy hours and to join the local pickle ball games. I was there most of the time by myself and felt completely safe. I was able to walk to the North Harbor club for dinner and drinks. Also walking distance to the Cabin and The cottage at lake norman. 2 very friendly (pet friendly as well) boutique restaurant/ bars. Live music at the cabin on Friday nights. Everything about the condo, the host, and the neighborhood was perfect. I can't wait until I can book my next stay.

Long term stay

Property has everything you could need for vacation or a temporary residence. Host is great easy to contact. I would stay here again! Definitely 5 stars!

Always a lake lover, I grew up on Lake Lanier in Georgia. Upon moving to North Carolina, almost 30 years ago, it didn't take long to find Lake Norman and its clear blue waters! We enjoy boating, kayaking, and relaxing at the lake along with dining in some amazing restaurants scattered all in this nice area.
