About this property

We have multiple properties. Please call for details. Some locations require one month stay while others are available nightly.
Our condos have a master bedroom suite with queen bed, full bath and walk-in closet. There is a 2nd bedroom with queen bed and a full bath in the hall.
The living room opens onto the deck which overlooks the beautiful pool and lake.
The floor plan is open which makes these condos great for gathering and entertaining. Even working in the kitchen does not stop you from being part of the action as it opens to the dining room and living room and has a clear view of the deck and lake.
Bring just your suitcase and some food and you will find everything else that you need in the unit. From linens to kitchen necessities to games and books, we have what you need for a fun trip to Lake Norman or Mountain Island Lake!
The condos are strictly non-smoking. Please smoke outside only.

Cleaning fee covers normal cleaning and replacing of linen. Excessive cleaning may incur additional charges to be removed from security deposit.

Condo on LKN in Davidson

Our stay was awesome! Couldn’t beat the location. The unit is tight on the water and we’ll stocked. Things inside could be upgraded a bit but had everything we needed.

Great condo in great location

Great location. Although it was winter, it would be awesome in the summer with the pool right next door. Ground floor condo gives easy access to outdoor space. Nice sized living room with views of the lake and comfortable beds and bedding in the two bedrooms.

A pleasant visit to Lake Norman

My time in Davidson was a treat for me. The condo was first floor and convenient for myself and my dog to walk the boardwalk. It was quiet. I found many restaurants that were good food and friendly. If possible, I would come back next year.
