Las Marinas #202 is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo on SPI!

A beautiful living area invites you to relax inside this coastal themed condo and your waterfront balcony beckons you outside to soak in Island sunshine and fresh salt air. Gourmet meals are a joy to make in a fully stocked beautifully appointed kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and abundant storage space. The condo has a nice six (6) person dining table for guests to eat and there are an additional two (2) chairs at the kitchen island. Large windows let you take in water views while you enjoy meals in your spacious dining area. The living area is comfortable space to unwind and socialize with friends and watch the flat screen TV. The bonus room provides extra space with a love seat to enjoy your favorite movies or reading a book!

Rest comfortably in your master suite with a queen sized bed and a private bath. Guests will enjoy sleeping on a queen bed in the guest bedroom. A full bath is located conveniently in the hallway to be shared by guests. The bonus living room located outside of the bedrooms entails a twin trundle bed. Both bathrooms are stylish with granite counters and tile accents while functional with tub/shower combinations.

Loved Our Vacation

My sister and I had condos at Las Marinas next door to each other. We had a very nice and comfortable visit for the week. The condos 201 and 202 were clean, comfy and cozy. SPI Rentals were very responsive and kind. We enjoyed the pool and appreciated how late it was open. I would recommend and definitely would stay at this location again!

Condo was excellent! Very clean with everything we needed to enjoy our time in SPI. The amenities like the pool and the dock were very nice and useful. Condo is a short walk from the beach with two convenient public access points that we used. Family definitely enjoyed themselves and we will be back and rent this beautiful condo again!

Great family-friendly rental!

Las Marinas is great! It's spacious, clean, and in an awesome location. You can walk to the beach, and the pool and hot tub are meticulously maintained and so nice to relax at. The condo was great. Bring EVERYTHING you may need in the kitchen though...there wasn't a single condiment like salt or pepper so come prepared. They did have pots and pans and cooking utensils. Overall, VERY happy and will definitely stay here again!

Mislead and costly

The reason I chose this property was the advertised “boat slips”. I was compelled to “dock” my boat to a concrete bulkhead directly behind the vessels that had slips. I incurred damage to my boat against the bulkhead, even though I took precautions using all available bumpers I had (4).

Overall the condo was very nice and it was the 2cd time we had stayed there. However the most disappointing aspect of the stay was that the owners had chosen to save money by cancelling their cable subscription and switching to a Smart TV that had very little news, sports or other choices. What was interesting was that the cable boxes were still hooked up but there was no signal. Please restore your cable subscription.

SPI Awesome Condo

We had a blast and the Condo location didn't disappoint in any means. Very clean and a great place for the beach and dock fishing. The pool was awesome. We were cooking out on Sunday and had just finished when I noticed the gas was empty, we notified the agency and within minutes they brought another tank and replaced it. Great service, we will be back again.
