Light and airy newly renovated one bedroom condo in our states capital. Lots of space abounds in this unit. Rooms are large with lots of storage! New queen size bed in pull out sofa for extra bodies that may accompany you. Granite and stainless steel in the kitchen, new tile in the bath. Internet TV in the living room with the highest speeds for movie watching. A nice wide bank of windows give plenty of daylight while looking out over the courtyard.Just steps from local restaurants, such as Mexican and Pizza joints, grocery store, gym and barber.Directly across the street is Juniper Hills Golf Course and newly built Water Park.Only 1 mile to I-64, the Airport, Walmart and a plethora of eateries. Come and enjoy all that Frankfort has to offer.

Our stay was great. The price was good for the type place it was. Our host was friendly and so helpful, even bringing the best donuts to us our first morning there. It was very convenient to Buffalo Trace Distillery and a nice drive to Churchill Downs.

More like an apartment not a condo. U can tell it is older and not as nice as pictures show it is. If you’re looking for something fancy this isn’t the place for you. It’s a roof over your head and does what you need it to do.

Eric was polite in communication and left the unit in good condition. While we appreciate all feedback, some of his expectations did not seem fully aligned with our listing. Our property is a privately owned condominium within a condo association, and the unit is accurately represented in both the description and photos. The space shown in our listing is exactly what guests can expect upon arrival. Our goal is to provide a clean, updated, and thoughtfully appointed stay at a fair value. While our property is not marketed as a luxury accommodation, it is intentionally priced to offer guests a comfortable, well-equipped home base while leaving room in their budget to enjoy all that the area has to offer. We always encourage future guests to review the listing details and photos carefully to ensure our property is the right fit for their travel style and expectations

This is our second stay and we love it! Close to Buffalo Trace with a 5 minute comute. Perfect for the 2 of us. Really can't beat the price either.

Weekend Getaway with Friends

Great place to stay for an overnight stay to attend a special event in the area. Easily accessible to downtown Frankfort and activities. Neighborhood may worry you as you arrive, saw very few people out and about and no disturbances.

Great price, good location! Could be cleaner.

We stayed for an extended weekend on our bourbon experience. The price is on point, and the location is pretty good. You are few minutes from downtown; short drive to many distilleries. The only negative thing was the place could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom.

Location was great! Meet all of our basic needs. However, neighborhood a little sketchy. Could be cleaner, afraid to turn on ceiling fans because of layers of dust. But at price point, works for 1-2 nights.

There was dust caked on the ceiling fan blades, cobwebs in corners of bedroom. It was not as ideal of a location as the listing made it sound. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Hello John! I’m so sorry that the cleanliness was not up to par during your visit. I do wish that you would have reached out during your stay and we would certainly have taken care of the problem promptly. I will get with our cleaning crew on your review so that they will make sure going forward that the ceiling fans are not missed. As for the bed being uncomfortable, we have tried to accommodate all of our guests but unfortunately some like the beds firm and some like the beds soft. It really comes down to preference and I don’t know how to remedy that. As for the area, we have been operating short term rentals in this area for over 6 years now and on other platforms we hold a 4.8 star out of 5. I’m sorry that you felt that it didn’t meet your expectation. We are located centrally to all frankfort has to offer and most of our guests love our location as it’s only 5 minutes to wherever you want to be. Hopefully these items don’t dampen your reason for visiting Frankfort and you arrived back home safely. Take Care, Kelley

Perfect for a close couple.

Small space but it had everything we needed. Fast response from the host for 1 small issue. Some upgrades and repairs are needed but you can't beat the price.10 minutes to Buffalo Trace was a great start on a daily Bourbon hunt. DaVinci's Pizza was delicious.

Since there is no ice maker, perhaps the cleaning people could refill the ice tray when they clean. I noticed a couple of bugs on the kitchen floor, so you might want to spray.

Too good to be true

When you see a place that is priced much below other places, it should have made me rethink. The pictures were accurate and overall the inside was fine. The sleeper sofa was horrible comfort. Ended up only staying one of the two nights booked because neighborhood was not the best and the sleeper sofa was so uncomfortable. Hosts were helpful and no issue with overall cleanliness. Just be aware of the neighborhood when booking.
