About this property

Our apartment is a finished basement of a 3 story home we occupy. It includes a fully stocked kitchen, private bath & shower, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and the option of up to 3 rollaway beds with memory foam. It also has a 55 inch TV with Spectrum cable and free internet. You have absolute privacy with no shared space in the apartment. We pride ourselves on landscaping and a pond stocked with Bass & Koy fish. The pond features 3 small waterfalls for awesome ambiance. The apartment comes with a patio, the upper lawn, patio furniture and a BBQ grill. With a lovely view of the hills and wildlife

Cozy, comfortable and homey!

This property was such a great, cozy place to stay! We were a bit snug with 2 adults, and 3 kids 8 months to 6 years, but it was a great price, comfortable space and wonderful amenities! I wish we had had more time to enjoy their tv lounge area and lovely yard! Nowhere else will you find a space with a king bed for the adults, 2 twins for kids, a full kitchen, bathroom and living room for this price with all the comfort of home, not a hotel, for this price! Also the kids LOVED that it was a loop and they could just run off all their energy! Rick and Sue were so kind, coming out to help make sure we found their driveway and show us where to park. Very helpful and communicative! I hope we can stay here again some day.

A Gem In The Woods

It was a wonderful place tucked back up in the woods. The owners are a great couple, they were always willing to help with any concerns and very amiable. The apartment was spacious and fluid, definitely up with the times having a well laid out open floor plan. I don't recall how how many people this location mentioned it could handle in their advertisement, but it could easily accommodate a small to medium sized family. I highly recommend this place.

You must experience

We stayed with Mrs.Sue for over a week and we enjoyed everything about our stay from the enchanted garden,delicious cookies to the delicious pizza we made in their pizza oven on their nice patio by the pond. Rick and Sue hospitality is unmeasurable putting the perfect touch to our stay.

We’re retired and we enjoy working on our property to create a relaxing, peaceful setting.
You will probably see us motoring around the property on our golf carts attending to our 2 acres of green grass, trees and hedges. We are all about family and spend a lot of time with our grandkids.

Why they chose this property

We live on a dead end road where it’s tranquil and beautiful. Even though we’re only 5 minutes from town it looks like we live in the forest. We take pride in our landscaping we live among tall Douglas fir trees. You might see a mother doe and two fawns walking through our yard or if you’re lucky you might get to see one of our four point bucks. We also see wild turkeys every day.
