Nice studio with all comfort with air conditioning two sofa beds, an equipped kitchen area, a television, a nice bathroom with shower/toilet and storage cupboards. The kitchen is equipped with electric hobs, a hood, crockery, a small fridge, a senseo coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster. Bed linen is provided as well as towels. In the bathroom soap and shampoo will be present as well as a hairdryer. The studio is located in La Tamarissière facing the Hérault on the front line. The beach and shops are 800m away and easily accessible. A bus stop is nearby. A private parking space is at the foot of the residence. You can access the studio independently: a secure key box is at the entrance.

clean room, pet friendly, family friendly. Nice view for boats and lighthouses. I would be nice to receive some local snacks when arrive to the property.
