PLEASE NOTE THAT MARATHON REQUIRES 7 DAYS AS MINIMUM STAY. SHOULD YOU WANT TO LEAVE SOONER, YOU CAN, BUT WE MUST BOOK FOR THE 7 DAYS. REACH OUT TO US WITH ANY QUESTIONS RELATED TO THE MINIMUM STAY.
This is a secluded, exclusive, unique property. Open water in the best neighborhood in Marathon. Large open living area, kitchen, and dining. Sail out for the best fishing in the world. Marathon is known for its beaches and barrier reef, loggerhead turtles' nests with a sandy shoreline, and mangrove creek. We offer paddle boards and kayaks.

We offer 3 bedrooms and 1 loft:
1- 1 King with its bathroom /2- 1 King /3- 1 Queen
and the loft has a trundle with 2 single beds.
The house has 2 bathrooms: 1 bedroom has a bathroom attached, Rooms 2 & 3: Share 1 bathroom.

We DO NOT offer a hot tub, the circle is a sitting area in the pool

Kindly, book your pets at the time of the reservation, unapproved pets will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Please note: In the winter you may see seaweed, there is very little we can do about it due to environmental regulations.

Boats: $350 fee per boat to stay at our private dock
Pets: $350 per pet (for the whole stay)

We have exterior cameras and one interior camera in the living room (this one can be turned off upon your request)

Great Views

Very nice house on the gulf side of north Marathon. Spectacular views of the sunset and bay. Water is crystal clear right off the dock.
