The property was wonderful. Only downside is getting to the room. Very long walk

Okay for what we needed
For what we needed, which was a place to stay overnight, it was fine. I wouldn't have wanted to spend much more than that there for a few comfort reasons. Mainly being that if you provide stuff for pull out couches, included in that should be a blanket. Thankfully because we were driving to and from Florida we had one with us. If it weren't for that someone would have frozen overnight.
It probably wod have been a better experience if there were just two of us. We were a family of 4 and I would recommend a smaller group stay there honestly.
Check in procedure is a bit complicated but doable.
The condo was very nice and clean. My friend actually has vacation rentals and she has a few suggestions. She suggested there should be at least 1 bar of soap, at least 4 rolls of tissue, make sure your microwave is also clean, and maybe things like salt, pepper, and cooking spray or oil to use in case someone does need to cook. Also, there was a coffee maker but no coffee. Maybe a few packs of coffee and tea and a small container of sugar or coffee mate packs. We did like the rental and would use it again.
We took a few days to access our experiences, I hope this helps others. I will say host was extremely responsive but definitely needs to visit his property.
Upon arriving we found what looked like some form of nuevo street art, only to realize that one of these random 400 locks were to our rental.
The parking garage entrance was blocked by a barrier, so one can only enter through the exit.
Incredibly impractical and dangerous. But not to worry, on day two the garge was jammed OPEN letting any and all enter. As of day 6, the door was still not repaired.
We parked in the garage and were met with the fresh smell of weed.
We arrive in the main hall, to find repair work being done (and is it needed). We enter the condo with no issue.
It seemed fine, until you start to notice the over powering smell of plug in air fresheners. I'm unsure if this is to hide the black mold, the stale air from the hvac (see picture of filthiest filter ever), or to hide the smell of animal feces from the hallway (apt neighbor, we're looking at you).
The floors are noticeably dusty, trash under the bed in the "master" bedroom, thick dust and filth on the ceiling fan, the fake plants and the shower/barhroom was filthy. I couldn't imagine standing in the shower with out having poured bleach or with shoes. There were no cleaning supplies provided, so we couldn't even clean unless we purchased the supplies ourselves (we already had to purchase kitchen utensils and a coffee cup).
The second "bedroom" consisted of a urine stained ikea sleeper sofa and a tv.
No one was willing to sleep on mentioned stains, so that room with its dust leaden fans stayed empty.
Lets discuss the half giant upstairs. They MUST be some form of giant, as no normal human could possibly stomp so consistently and hard while walking.
Midnight? Doesn't matter! Hagrid obviously has chores to attend to!
So we sit on the porch to escape the filth in the air, only to observe a long closed, inoperable pool. The add showcases a beautiful pool atea, surrounded by lovely chairs. This in fact is a complete lie.
We left early, as we could not stand another night. We have pictures of all the above referenced but unfortunately the app won’t allow photo uploads in reviews.

Not What I Expected
This was not what we expected at all!!! First driving up and into the location was no easy task. We had a late flight so we arrived around 1am. The place did not look secure at all. The parking structure was gloomy and dimly lite. It's an apartment building and people were outside talking loud at 1am! Not to mention the directions for getting to the apartment were ridiculous especially if you have luggage. Climbing up stairs with luggage isn't easy. We did find a much faster/easier route to get back to the car when we left.
Secondly, I booked for five (5) adults but there's actually only one (1) room with a bed! The other room had a subpar sofa that can be converted into a small bed and I guess the other people in our party were supposed to sleep on the living room chairs. This was a total disaster! We were VERY disappointed. The minor building construction w/ripped up base molding/flooring didn't bother me, it was everything else about the place. We had other family members staying in the area for the MEAC/SWAC game. They all found VERY nice housing in the area and in nice neighborhoods on Vrbo. No issues at all.
Needless to say, we did not stay here. We had to find a hotel at 1 o'clock in the morning. We're Titanium members with Marriott so I was able to find us a nice hotel room but that was an additional cost. I contacted the owners to let them know and to request a refund for the unused day but they refused. Never again!
It was perfect for what we needed. Only one night stay so we didn’t spend much time there at all. But the owner was really responsive and the place was super clean. Only suggestion is a mattress topper for the bed!
There was confusion with the check in process. A lot of instructions that were either inaccurate or sent via multiple platforms.
(Address easily accessible to the parking garage needs to be displayed)
The unit offered beds for everyone that stayed, however there were no linens for the extra beds in the unit. Luckily a guest brought their own blanket.
The unit also says coffee machine, but no coffee cups.
The place itself was clean and nice inside. The location was right next to the train which got us right where we needed to go.
I am not sure it’s the right neighborhood to walk around and explore. Surrounding area felt a little unsafe. Once in the apartment complex, there was no issue with feeling safe.
The host was very quick to answer any questions prior to our stay and during.
Only stayed for one night but enjoyed the stay. Host was very quick and efficient with communication! We even booked very last minute but were still able to have a smooth stay.
