It sits peacefully in a charming hillside condominium complex, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea between the white village of Salobreña and the town of Almuñécar. With its large picture windows, the house is bathed in sunlight and offers a partial view of the vast blue sea. The garden is divided into three areas, featuring a palm tree, succulents, hibiscus, bougainvillea, citrus trees, and olive trees. The saltwater pool measures 8x4 m and has two depth levels ranging from 1.45 m to 1.70 m, allowing for safe diving. Sun loungers, a pergola, a barbecue, and an electric griddle allow you to enjoy the garden and dine in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere. The house features 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6, with reversible air conditioning, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, 1 living/dining room, 2 bathrooms, and 1 gym. The beautifully landscaped area is both quiet and lively. With a community pool, a tennis court, and a petanque court, these are all great places to socialise and get to know neighbors of all nationalities.
