House in original external condition from the development of the holiday development in 1968.
2-4 people, large south-facing balcony terrace, garage,
2 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. New kitchen (2016), cozy dining and lounge area. Accommodation for summer and winter. The best starting point for hikes in the Rosengarten and Latema massifs. 9-hole golf course within walking distance (500 m). Access to the Carezza ski area 200m away.

Traumhafter Blick aus gemütlichem Chalet

Das Chalet ist klein und gemütlich, dabei aber gut ausgestattet. So ist die Küche so ausgestattet, dass man sie wirklich nutzen kann - wenn auch die Arbeitsfläche begrenzt ist.Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Ausflüge - sowohl zu diversen Passstraßen als auch nach Bozen.Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der zu weiche Lattenrost (nicht die Matratze!) im linken Schlafzimmer.

Una settimana da sogno

La casa offre una vista spettacolare verso i monti e il paesaggio in cui è situata Siamo solo in due e lo spazio a disposizione è abbondante. Sarebbe stato più comodo avere due bagni e la biancheria a disposizione ma ,essendo noi più interessati alle ascensioni in montagna, non è stato Importante. È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo qui e speriamo di continuare a poterlo fare. *****

Wunderbar

Es gab einen unkomplizierten, freundlichen und hilfreichen Kontakt zum Vermieter. Man hat einen direkten Blick auf die Landschaft und ist schnell an den entsprechenden Orten, die attraktiv sind fürs Wandern usw. Im Ort gibt es auch eine kleine Einkaufsstelle. Die Hütte ist gemütlich und sauber. Alles in allem waren es sehr schöne Tage.

Coin magnifique en montagne

Très belle vue sur les Dolomites, refuge très joli et calme. Le gérant ne parle que allemand, il est donc recommandé de parler allemand pour toute communication (ou utiliser un logiciel de traduction). Pour éviter toute confusion, l'adresse est : 14 rue RotwandStrasse, à Carezza (ou Karersee en allemand), qui est une commune adjacente à la ville de Nova Levante (Welschnofen en allemand). L'adresse précise n'est pas visible sur Google Maps, il faut bien suivre les instructions fournies (à traduire en anglais de préférence).

Lage toll, Unterkunft selbst nicht zufriedenstellend

Zunächst: die Lage an sich ist schön, es ist ruhig und die Aussicht toll. Leider entsprachen weder die Unterkunft noch die Kommunikation üblichen und bekannten Standards. Das Grundstück ungepflegt, im Haus Staubschichten und Haare der Vormieter überall, in der Küche alte dreckige Lappen, Schwämme und ein verdrecktes Wischtuch. Weder gab es Bettwäsche noch Handtücher, was im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert wurde und auch nicht in der Anzeige stand - erst eine Beschwerde bei FeWo brachte Abhilfe, die uns bestätigten, dass die Anzeige diesen Hinweis nicht enthielt. Der Vermieter meinte dann wörtlich, er möchte, dass wir ihn darum bitten. Die angepriesene Ausstattung stand zum Teil nicht zur Verfügung (Bsp: Kamin defekt) Im Preis nicht enthalten ist eine zusätzliche Gebühr für‘s Heizöl von 2€/Liter. Ok, Heizung also on top. Das heißt aber auch, dass man für jede warme Dusche auch extra bezahlt - Zeltplatz-Feeling, nur ohne Münzeinwurf. Theoretisch soll man noch den Müll trennen und (Achtung!) in der nächsten Stadt/Kommune auf dem Wertstoffhof selbst entsorgen . Die Mülltonne soll rausgeräumt werden usw Zu Teilen wurden einige Dinge renoviert (Türen, Betten, …), aber vieles ist augenscheinlich noch im Originalzustand vom Bau Ende der 60er Jahre (zT Schränke und Möbel, auch darin Haare, Krümel usw). Gästecard wie sonst üblich gab es keine, aber es wurden ja auch weder Anmeldeformulare noch eine Übergabe oder irgendwelche Formalien gemacht.

Traumhafte Ausblicke

Traumhaft gelegenes kleineres Haus inmitten einer beeindruckenden Bergwelt. Durch die Lage am oberen Ende der Siedlung bietet das Haus wunderschöne Ausblicke auf die umliegenden Berge. Wir haben die Tage im Urlaub sehr genossen.

Excellent emplacement pour les randonnées. Magnifique vue. Chalet sympathique mais aucun contact avec le loueur. Il est idéal de parler allemand. Draps en supplément.

Schön und ruhig

Schöne und sehr ruhige Lage. Das Haus ist innen eher klein, aber sehr zweckmäßig. Kamin durfte gerade nicht benutzt werden. Eines der Doppelbetten ist etwas schmaler. War für uns in Ordnung. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Leuk chalet op leuke locatie. Wel onhandig dat er geen bedlinnen en handdoeken zijn inbegrepen. Tevens moet je extra betalen voor het energiegebruik. Ongeveer 90 EUR per week.

Soggiorno a Carezza

Da appassionati di montagna, il soggiorno in questa villetta è stato davvero ottimo sia per la vista eccezionale sul Latemar e sul Catinaccio sia per la tranquillità della posizione. Abbiamo potuto fare ogni giorno escursioni e attività sportive a km zero. La casa era dotata di ogni comodità. Speriamo di avere l'opportunità di ritornarci sia nella stagione estiva che invernale. Vacanza estiva in famiglia

La casa indipendente è situata in posizione magnifica alle pendici del Catinaccio. La zona è bellissima e molto tranquilla, perfetta per il massimo relax e per accedere alle escursioni della zona. Consigliata assolutamente!

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr schöne Lage, große Terrasse (immer irgendwie Sonne möglich, Blick auf Latemar und teilw. Rosengarten), sehr ruhig (Kühe gelegentlich, nicht störend), Betten und Küchenausstattung sehr gut. Leider keine Bettwäsche, Warmwasser und Heizung extra, insgesamt recht teuer.

Great summer escape

The house and the location were great for us. 4 adults and 2 babies, summer time, lots of trails to enjoy hiking around with great scenery. The house is well équipes and the views are definitely enjoyable. We will be back for sure. Thank you !!

Die Erwartungen an Haus, Lage und direkte Umgebung wurden deutlich übertroffen! Latemar und Rosengarten zum Greifen nah von der Terrasse ist wirklich einmalig und es ist sicher schwer, Vergleichbares zu finden.

Wundervolle Berghütte in traumhafter Kulisse

Wir durften eine Woche in dieser gemütlichen Berghütte verbringen. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist traumhaft, das Häuschen ist gut ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Kinder haben den Aufenthalt auch sehr genossen, Loipe und Rodelhang hinterm Haus, was will man mehr... Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Vielen Dank

Ein holpriger Urlaub

Das Positive zuerst: Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich exorbitant!! Weniger positiv empfanden wir, dass weder Bettzeug noch Handtücher vorhanden waren. Angeblich hätten wir das vorher anmelden müssen. Außerdem funktionierte die Heizung tage lang nicht richtig. Eine bestellte Firma war montags und dienstags vor Ort, konnte das Problem aber nicht komplett lösen(Alter der Anlage). Und dann flog auch die Hauptsicherung raus, als wir gleichzeitig die Spülmaschine laufen hatten und den Backofen anschalteten. Ein darüber befragter Nachbar meinte dazu nur trocken: "Nee, das geht bei mir auch nicht. Dazu sind die Leitungen zu alt!" Also, unser Fazit: Ein wunderbar gelegenes Haus, das einer dringenden Modernisierung bedarf.
