Fully equipped fitted kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. Large Italian shower. The large terrace of 20 m² with exceptional and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean is equipped with garden furniture for 6 people, 2 sunbeds and a gas barbecue. Close to shops, bus station, beaches and golf course of Valescure. Bicycles available for walks. The haven of peace of this residence does not allow pets.
