About this property

Rural villa with private outdoor pool, separate annexe and vast outdoor spaces

A spacious, private and rurally located villa on the outskirts of Gata de Gorgos, on the east coast of Spain.

The house is secure with remote-control electric front gates and security lighting.

In the main house there is a large master bedroom with super king bed, stunning mountain views and en suite bathroom (with bath and shower). The house also features a double room, a twin room and a family bathroom (with shower). A further large bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom (with shower) can be found across the terrace in a separate annexe building. All bedrooms have air conditioning units.

The lounge has 2 x sofas (1 x 3-seater sofa/ sofa-bed, 1 x 2-seater sofa), air conditioning, wood burning stove, 60” LED television with Sky+ HD and Sky Sports HD, DVD player, a selection of books. An additional seating area is located in the Naya with a large corner sofa.

There is a fully operational kitchen with dishwasher, induction hobs, oven and large American style fridge freezer, along with a spacious dining room area with table and seating for 6-8 people. A laundry room with washing machine is also available.

The outdoor space is vast, with spacious outdoor terraces and numerous seating areas, including a dining table for 8 and a comfortable seating area. There is a 10 x 4 metre outdoor swimming pool with underwater lighting and 8 x poolside sun loungers. The house has a Sonos music system with BOSE outdoor speakers located on the main terrace along with a gas BBQ.

High-speed wifi is available throughout the house.

We had a great stay as a family of 7 at Casa Jenisi and made some wonderful memories! The views are spectacular - especially at sunrise - and the pool was a real highlight for us. The villa is spacious and in a beautiful, peaceful setting yet close to amenities. We were able to have a lovely day trip to Javea beach which we would highly recommend. The owners and local neighbour are exceptionally responsive and helpful.

Wonderful stay

Absolutely loved our stay here, fantastic villa with stunning views. Only minor criticism would be the road just before the entrance is pretty horrendous with few large potholes which is a worry when you are in a hire car but that said we negotiated it without a problem. We loved the villa's location and would not hesitate in returning left feeling very refreshed - Thank you Simon & Amy

A wonderful Villa holiday

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the villa with our family. The pool was fabulous and the villa very peaceful due to its rural location. The villa was spacious & the perfect size for our family of 6. We enjoyed days relaxing by the pool and evenings out in Morira & Javea. The owners of the villa were always on hand if needed and were extremely accommodating to our needs

Nice experience!

We had a great stay in Dénia — the place is perfect for disconnecting, enjoying nature, and relaxing with family. However, the cleanliness of the house was disappointing, especially in the kitchen and its utensils, which were in very poor condition. That said, we spoke with the owners and they quickly tried to find a solution. Aside from this issue, everything else was excellent.

Incredible Villa, amazing holiday!

We (5 adults 3 children) have just returned from 9 nights staying at this beautiful villa! A wonderful location, with a cosy and homely feel. Incredible spacious outdoor areas which were enjoyed by all. Gata was a beautiful village with a really authentic spanish feel and the villa was the perfect base to explore from. The hosts were brilliant and responded so quickly with any questions. Would also highly recommend a meal at Bar Arraval in Gata for some amazing traditional Spanish food! We would definitely recommend this amazing Villa and can’t wait till return!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Jenisi, the villa is in a very quiet, peaceful area but still near facilities being on the outskirts of Gata de Gorgos. The villa is well equipped and comfortable with a very good outside sound system for music and Sky tv with sports channels. The outside area offers a covered table and chairs which we used the whole fortnight of our stay and a comfortable seating area with a beautiful view over the gardens and hills in the distance. The pool area is superb and a lovely size with nice sun loungers surrounding it and there is shade if needed under the trees. We did purchase a couple of covers for the sun loungers which made them extra comfortable and enjoyed having a snooze on them after a swim. We visited Javea and Moraira and found plenty of restaurants to eat and drove out to Guadalest and the waterfalls at Callosa which are stunning. All in all a great place to stay, so much so we have booked for a fortnight next year!

Another great visit - highly recommended

We returned for a second year to Casa Jenisi and loved it just as much this time. The villa is beautifully clean and the pool and terrace wonderful for lots of relaxation and fun. Gata de Gorgos is also a fab Spanish village where you won’t find many tourists but a warm welcome from all the locals. Javea is a lovely traditional Spanish beach town nearby and Dénia is a bigger but also lovely town to visit as well. Simon and Amy and Caroline (neighbour) all looked after us very well when we had any queries. Many thanks

Large spacious villa in great location however cleanliness and general housekeeping let it down which was really disappointing. We had rented this more expensive villa for a special occasion - didn’t expect to have to start sweeping floors and washing dishes on arrival. Certainly did not match up to the previous reviews we had chosen this villa based on.WiFi challenging, sofa broken, dirty broken BBQ and bedroom lamp held together with electrical tape amongst some of the issues.Owner and housekeeper quick to respond when contacted, housekeeper inspected property and had cleaner attended to sort some of the issues.Definately let down by their housekeeping team.

Lovely Villa

Upon arrival after having taken a wrong turn we were impressed by the lovely villa and it’s surroundings. One slight niggle was the road up to the entrance which had bushes either side and was not a proper road surface so we were a bit fearful for our hire car every time we drove up and down. The villa was beautiful and plenty room for everyone indoors and out. The villa is quite rural more so than I thought which meant we had to travel every night into Denia or Javea for dinner and a bit of life as we had 3 teens with us. If you don’t like venturing too far then this villa is ideal as the town has everything you would need but for us it was just too quiet. Simon and Amy were very helpful when we had no WiFi on arrival and had this sorted for us as soon as they could. All in all it’s a great villa albeit too rural for us.

Wonderful villa in a great location

We're just back from a fab two weeks at Casa Jenisi. The villa is really gorgeous and in a beautiful location with a great unspoilt view out to the coast. We spent many a happy hour on the terrace soaking it all in and also down a few steps in the swimming pool area . The inside of the villa is also very spacious and comfortable. We are a family of six (two parents and three adult children/one girlfriend in their twenties) and the villa worked well for us but would do equally well with younger children or children and grandparents with three bedrooms close to each other and an annex. We loved Gata de Gorges - some great restaurants with delicious food at excellent prices and a choice of bars to watch the world go by. Also the tram in Gata is amazing as it will take you easily to some great places - we went to Denia which is well worth visiting and only a 15 minute ride away. All in all we will definitely be back to spend some more time on that terrace and do a bit more exploring. Thank you! Fiona and family

Finca in traumhafter Lage

Die Finca mit Außengelände und Pool hat uns sehr überzeugt. Die Lage ist traumhaft mit tollem Blick auf den Montgo und das Umland. Sehr ruhige Lage (wenn am Tag 10 Autos zu hören waren, dann war das schon viel). Die Finca und der Pool waren bei Ankunft sehr sauber.

We have had a fabulous holiday at Casa Jenisi and sorry we had to leave. The villa was wonderful and fully equipped with everything needed for our stay. Ein schönes und gepflegtes Haus inmitten einer atemberaubenden Kulisse. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Genügend Sonnenliegen vorhanden, Gasgrill, Sommerküche…etc. , Entfernung Supermarkt per Auto ca. 10 min., Entfernung Denia mit seinem wunderschönen Yachthafen mit Blick zur Burg ( sehr empfehlenswert bei Sonnenuntergang ) ca. 20 min. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus und die spektakuläre Lage sehr genossen.

Nice relaxed stay

We stayed the weekend in the house and we really enjoyed. The house has amazing amenities, Big pool, beautiful garden. It is very well furnished and the surroundings are amazing, very quite and 4' away from Gata de Gorgos. Simon is a great host too, always helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!!

A wonderful week

A perfect location to explore from. We visited Javea, Denia and Moraira all of which very interesting with lovely lunches also. These trips were interspursed with time around Gata and this wonderful Villa. The villa has everything that anyone would need to provide a home from home experience. We were blessed with sunny days so the pool and bbq were well used. Arr Els retuarant a real treat and the beer garden opposite the cinema a true gem. Will return but next time for 2 weeks. We didn't want to leave!

Alle tiders ferie!

Fantastisk hus som er utstyrt med alt man trenger for en deilig ferie! Trivelige terrasser med masse av sitteplasser, der man kan kose seg gjennom både dag og kveld. Kjempefornøyd med bassengområdet og det store bassenget. Veldig landlig og privat beliggenhet, men samtidig kort vei til butikker og spisesteder. Vi kunne sitte på terrassen og se blant annet kaniner og ørner i naturen rundt oss. Verten var hyggelig, og var kjemperask med å komme med tilbakemeldinger på spørsmål vi hadde. Kan trygt anbefale et opphold her!
