Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 50 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is ground level and leads over 1 step directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge and TV. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer) and coffee machine. The dinette offers space for 4 persons.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna.


Location
tiarno di sotto. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a mountain road (paved). Parking on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.
