This spacious 2 bed, 2 bath condo is located on the world famous TPC Stadium course and includes beautifully upgraded contemporary finishes throughout! This single story unit is approximately 1330 square feet. Relax on the east facing patio off of the living room that overlooks the 12th hole and mountain views. Enjoy the private courtyard for additional outdoor entertaining located off the kitchen with gas BBQ.
Our unit has everything you will need for a great vacation, including heated community pools with spas just steps away.
PGA WEST is a private 24 hour guard gated community with 9 golf courses (5 public) and 1 public clubhouses with pro shops and great dining. Also the Silver Rock Golf course is right next door!
The unit sleeps 6 - King in master, 2 full beds in guest room plus a twin mattress and an air mattress if needed.
The Coachella Valley is a great family vacation destination and in addition to golf and tennis the area features world class dining, excellent shopping along El Paseo, (the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert), for both shopping, restaurants and works of art, 5 star spas, local zoo, casinos, entertainment and more!! Also just minutes from the world famous Coachella Music Festival, Stage Coach Festival (country stars) and Desert Trip Festival.
