Quiet villa in excellent location

Villa had everything needed + multiple outdoor spots for sun/shade as required. Very private - not overlooked at all Excellent location 10min from shore and shops. Owner very accommodating. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Pretty Villa

Spotlessly clean inside upon arrival. However, the garden is very pretty but the external garden furniture needs updating. All in all a pleasant stay.

Large house in quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to lovely Luz beach.

Lovely large house, lots of outdoor space. Walking distance to beach and town but very quiet neighbourhood. Garden was charming. Host was great. Only negative is that the sofa needs replacing as it is very worn. Overall, a great stay thank you.

Great Location

Stayed with my girlfriend, my two sons (one with his girlfriend) The location was perfect 10 mins to the beach, shops, pubs & restaurant Despite no air con, the way the villa is set up the breeze keeps it cool especially as bedrooms are downstairs Very clean has all mod cons. Would recommend

Great villa, beautiful location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. Slightly disappointed with the hot tub as this was one main factor of hiring this villa, it took 3 days to heat as it had not been turned on correctly. The only other downside was that we were not provided with the full address for arrival, we would have preferred that to be more efficient. Overall a great villa in a fantastic area and central to everything.

Peaceful!

The property is in a great location and is well appointed. Thierry was a very welcoming host and very responsive - we had a couple of small issues during our stay but Thierry sought to remedy them quickly and efficiently. Lovely balcony with a great outlook and the garden is beautiful. A nice peaceful spot too, despite being within only a very short walk of the beach and bars/restaurants. The only thing that would have improved our stay is air con which the property doesn’t have - not so much or an issue if you stay in winter, but in the summer it makes all the difference. That notwithstanding we really enjoyed our stay.

Nous avons passé un d'un séjour parfait. La maison est très agréable à vivre, lumineuse et parfaitement propre à notre arrivée. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la ville tout en restant au calme.Mention spéciale pour le jacuzzi, vraiment très agréable et particulièrement appréciable après une bonne journée de balade.Un grand merci à notre hôte pour son accueil. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés !

The villa has three good sized bedrooms, one with en-suite, good sized living room with balcony off, and a very well equipped kitchen. There was everything needed for a relaxing holiday, including throws to use when enjoying the balcony on cooler evenings. It was well placed for an easy walk to the beach, supermarket, cafes, bars and restaurants with a short cut at the end of the garden. Uphill on the way back but there are benches for a short rest!Thierry was there to meet us on arrival and the following day swiftly and efficiently dealt with a problem we encountered.The only niggly thing about the villa was the bedding - as three women maybe we were being a bit picky but we felt an investment into better bedding would elevate this villa to a different level.

Le soleil et la plage

Nous avons rencontré en Thierry un hôte accueillant, chaleureux, simple et très agréable. Il a été à l'écoute de nos besoins et n'a pas hésité à se déplacer même le dimanche. La maison est parfaite pour nos besoins, confortable, spacieuse et située à 10 minutes à pied de la plage 😎⛱️😍. Les commerces, les bars et les restaurants sont également à 10 minutes à pied. Le cadre permet à la fois de se reposer et de profiter des plaisirs du soleil et d'un bel environnement. Superbes vacances. Merci Thierry et à bientôt

Très agreable

Thierry nous a très bien accueilli dans sa maison. La maison est très agréable très bien située, les commerces et la mer sont à proximité. Le village de praia da luz est charmant, je recommande vivement cette location.

Lovely stay in Luz

We really enjoyed this villa which was a short 10 minute walk to the beach & lovely small town of Praia de Luz. The bedrooms were spacious , with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable living room. The back garden included a hot tub and a shed with beach umbrellas for us to use. This villa was a perfect home base for us to explore the surrounding area. We would be happy to come back .

The property is right on the edge of the village - 10 minutes walk to the sea. It's spacious, well-equipped and has plenty of features. It was also plenty big enough for our family of 5.

The house was fantastic! In a great location. 7 minutes or so to Praia da Luz beach.

Thierry was great and so was his property. The house was fantastic. Spacious and very clean! Loved having breakfast on the veranda. It is a short 5-7 minute walk to praia da Luz. 5 minutes to supermarket. Also quite a few restaurants within walking distance. It’s in a quite neighborhood. Absolutely would stay there again!
